my bolding:

so he really said this? and they didnt disagree? *I* personally never heard OCA admit to the dumping of the body. even JB didnt say so in the OS.

interesting.

ONE, what is OCA. And Two, KC never admitted to anything, before or during the trial. Baez said the child drowned, but he never said how she ended up in the woods.

Cindy said that they knew of the pregnancy at 5 months

Thatg is not what was said at the witness stand

There were a few things Cindy changed and/or omitted. Like the escalation of money problems with Casey and being pizzed at her for stealing from grandma and grandpa.

And Lee said he knew about it much earlier February or March and he asked his mother about it - said it on the stand.

I can only imagine that those who can watch are making themselves a stiff drink during commercial breaks. jmo

Only one? For my healths sake I cannot watch them in action. I will try to read up
But I get so upset. I want to slap someone! :floorlaugh:

Thank you! I have to say Dr Phil sounds like he did better then I was willing to give him credit for. As for Cindy, she's the reason I can't watch this myself...denial can only take you so far and it's long past time she woke the he11 up.
I must agree. I had absolutely no intention of watching these interviews, but after seeing some of the clips, and watching Dr Phil on a few talk shows, it sounds like he did ask tough questions and didn't hold back. Dr Phil seems to agree with the majority of us. And I'm glad to know he won't be interviewing Casey. So, I will probably watch after all, though I don't know if my stomach can handle Cindy's lies and foolish explanations.

I always thought that George wouldn't ever forgive Casey for all that she did to destroy the family. I hope he wakes up and walks away from Cindy, as well, because it won't be long before Cindy is back spoiling and fussing over Casey.

Wasn't it at least implied the George or Roy Kronk put her there?

Just think..Casey is 20 minutes into watching the interview right now...you just know she has to be seething!

I'm sorry if this was asked before but is there any way I can watch the Dr. Phil interview online right now? Or do I have to wait until it appears on youtube?

Four phone calls withing six minutes from KC to CA on the day Caylee died. CA says she was 'in a meeting'. CA says that 'she could tell from KC's voice' that something was very wrong. CA says that 'she doesn't remember the conversation' they had on that day. Said that KC did not ask for help or tell her what was wrong.

Doesn't remember? And this is the most critical time, why isn't dr phil pressing her on this?!

I think it's because Casey knew George was the one parent who didn't buy her BS and called her on it. She wanted to have free range on her mother's money.
This has been my belief all along that KC wanted George out of the picture because he called her on the BS. Also, CA told her mom that she wasn't going to divorce GA since he would get half of their assets, which I'm sure KC wanted to get her hands on. I always thought GA was lying and that KC was the one gambling online but seeing GA publicly admit to the online gambling today, I may have been off base. Difficult to tell who if anyone is telling the truth.

Yes because JB kept trying to pin the duct tape on GA. I think they spent half a day arguing over who put the duct tape on GA's gas can.

The jury didn't seem to get that FCA lived in that house and had access to the duct tape too.

IMO

So Baez recently said that the Anthony's HAD been in contact with FCA, correct? But did they say in this interview that they had not had any contact with her?

  • #213
Their mouthpiece Lippman said otherwise. I think ol' Phil is playing a word game. Administrative expenses is one that comes to mind. They'll get money no matter what they call it.

IMO

In their amended paperwork the word "compensation" appears in lieu of the word "salary". They will not draw a paycheck/salary, which you would get if you were actively working or not, but will be compensated for any work done that involves the foundation. I think that is how it works. So if they spend 10 hours a day working for the foundation they can be compensated. Tax free shelter and lawsuit proof. jmo

Wait, is it on yet?

The jury didn't get a lot of things. It's like they weren't even watching/listening to the same evidence we were. It still boggles the mind.

I think if they had seen the George from today's interview we might have gotten a different outcome. They came out of that trial believing that George was the one who murdered Caylee, at least that's what the jury foreman implied.

Here's what has me perplexed (I have always liked Dr Phil, BTW)- why would ANYONE give money to a foundation run by an admitted liar with a gambling addiction and a lying, denying, enabler of thief's, liars and worse?

Are these the kind of folks Dr Phil honestly thinks can help OTHERS?

That is the question I want him to answer? Would HE turn to their foundation for help in a family or 'grandparent' crisis?

Sheesh... I feel like I have lost my mind.

Thank you Sumbunny, you did a great job for us!

I believe he said limited contact. I think, much like she was while in jail, that messages are passed between JB and her parents.

I don't think Casey has the you know what to face or communicate with her parents. She will never see/speak to them again in her lifetime.

So, she could tell that something was very wrong, but, doesn't go any further and can't remember???
But, remembers something was terribly wrong.

All righty then.......

Just that her voice sounded like something was very wrong but she doesn't remember the jist of the conversation? Yup, just another one Cindy's holding back on because it's prolly incriminating. There is no doubt in my mind she will never come clean.

My guess they have no intention of doing anything productive with this foundation only just going through the money without having to be held accountable. They will go through the motions of helping others but probably never leave the house to do so. CA's good with emails. jmo
