Dr. Sievers' RHHC Medical Practice - Operations & Website

I also found a weird domain name from a while back " nummygirl.com " registered by MS. Lord knows what that one is/was ....

Hopefully she had basic malpractice insurance, TS seems like a smart woman. Especially when you consider her removal as member of the Limited Liability Company operating her practice.

I wonder if her office manager made this decision for her? A doc that "goes bare" typically has very few assets in her own name.....

I reviewed the FL DOH MQA License Verification for Teresa Sievers before it was modified as DECEASED status.
I didn’t copy the information about her malpractice insurance, but I recall reading that her profile indicated having ‘professional liability coverage’.

https://appsmqa.doh.state.fl.us/IRM00PRAES/PRASLIST.ASP
Click “Practitioner Profile”. Then click ‘Financial Responsibility”.
Note: anyone can review this information for their Florida Healthcare Practitioner, as part of the Sunshine Law.

Here is an example of that page for another holistic M.D. and it is similar to what I saw on TS's page:
Financial Responsibility
I do not have hospital staff privileges, I do not perform surgery at an ambulatory surgical center and I have obtained and maintain professional liability coverage in an amount not less than $100,000 per claim, with a minimum annual aggregate of not less than $300,000 from an authorized insurer as defined under s. 624.09, F. S., from a surplus lines insurer as defined under s. 626.914(2), F.S., from a risk retention group as defined under s. 627.942, F.S., from the Joint Underwriting Association established under s. 627.351(4), F. S., or through a plan of self-insurance as provided in s. 627.357, F.S.

Just getting into this case thanks to an invitation by beach. :) But if anyone has this Mark guy's email address, they ought to run it through one of the Ashley Madison hack-checking websites. ;)
I think he used Sue Due Nim @jodiariasis innocent.net

I mean but how stupid would you have to be not to get a separate email address for something like that? :)

hmm  who.would.be.stupid.enough...
Prosecutor Jeff Ashton, :shame: Josh Duggar (Family Values Activist cough cough)
Employees of the Department of Homeland Security,
*Hundreds of dumb <modsnip> U.S. government employees — including some with sensitive jobs in the White House, Congress and law enforcement agencies — used Internet connections in their federal offices to access and pay membership fees to the cheating website Ashley Madison. SMH

OMG ~ AZ, Just wanted to say how ecstatic I am to see you here
Not only are you a brilliant Lawyer that takes the time to explain all the "law lingo terms" by giving us the simpler meanings and using words that we can actually understand.

I'd like to personally add to your resume that you have an absolutely wonderful sense of humor! As you can see above I have
used borrowed stole your spelling of the word "pseudonym," as well as I <modsnipped> myself like you did in the Arias trial

I would also like to thank Beach, for inviting you to this thread.

How do I say this????? I think a connection/ reference to a previous "married name" something like NUMMERY...being the name of sombody's husband. (I wish I had time to research exactly where, but have to rush out for a while....)
BTW AMAZONRAIN You are quickly becoming a "kick butt" (that means really, really good) sleuth! Love ya kidd! I am so impressed what you found out about all "the pain free domain names." Do you remember a while back I mentioned the Vitamin company TS's office patient's used?? There was a provision in the company marketing (paraphrasing) WE CAN MANUFACTURE AND PUT YOUR OWN PRIVATE LABEL ON THE PRODUCTS.
Maybe, we are not too far off the mark? "This is the product my late wife and I developed before her untimely death. Fortunately, I am the sole distributor of this miracle formula, that will let you live pain free! Only $39.95 per bottle COD! But if you order in the next 10 minutes we will send you a second bottle for free, S&H apply."
Yes, I take a lot of (might not seem obvious:blushing:) creative license in my theories. But there had been a lot of talk on the "continuation of Dr. Sievers legacy"--"the office will stay open"---"looking for a like minded doctor" etc. Sounds like a perfect way to continue a stream of income, huh???

Yes, I agree. Definitely believe that some thought they could carry on as if nothing happened and profit for years and years......

I would not be the least bit shocked if there are not a minimum of two additional individuals who actually orchestrated Dr. Teresa's murder. If so, I hope and pray they are caught, tried, convicted, and locked away forever.

I am new here, on my phone and can't link the article, but it's title is "Dr. Sievers's associate now practices on her own"

Thanks NWPA! Great find!

The fact is, almost three months after Sievers was found killed in her Bonita Springs home, Spiska has taken her multi-faceted practice independent. She's completely separated herself from Sievers’ office, which the doctor's husband, Mark, is running.

We can't sleuth her so I am not sure, but I think she has a very well to do SO . I imagine her practice is not a critical sourcevof income for her.
