Dr. Sievers' RHHC Medical Practice - Operations & Website

BBM for emphasis

Very interesting that is was deleted 3-4 days after the MO raids, that eventually led to the arrests of JR and CWW.

Exactly. That "digital footprint" seems to approach the size of Bigfoot.

Look at this infomercial that she was on.

That show creeps me out. There is no discussion about how the product may prove useful for specific conditions, but has not proven effective for other specific conditions. There is no discussion of side-effects. It's just all generalized vague talk about 'toxin cleanse', 'digestive health', 'anti-inflammatory' as though it's the ultimate cure-all.

However, this is nothing new. The patent medicine industry dates back over 100 years. http://theness.com/neurologicablog/index.php/what-was-in-patent-medicines/

I'm very surprised to see a physician appear on that kind of infomercial. Below is from the AMA code of ethics. Although it is focused on prescription drugs, I think the same standards should be applied to non-prescription supplements:

Physicians must remain vigilant to assure that direct-to-consumer advertising does not promote false expectations. Physicians should be concerned about advertisements that do not enhance consumer education; do not convey a clear, accurate, and responsible health education message; do not refer patients to their physicians for more information; do not identify the target population at risk; and fail to discourage consumer self-diagnosis and self-treatment.

Sievers and Company LLC was formed in 2005 by TS, she remained the registered agent and managing member through 2009. Before she was removed and MS added, TS sought the designation of PLLC (professional limited liability corporation).

A “professional limited liability company” (PLLC) is a limited liability company that is organized under this act for the sole and specific purpose of rendering professional service and that has as its members only other professional limited liability companies, professional corporations, or individuals who themselves are duly licensed or otherwise legally authorized to render the same professional service as the limited liability company. - See more at: http://limitedliabilityentities.usl...a-llc-for-attorneys-law/#sthash.P3oxiQPu.dpuf

What kind of license does MS have, if any?

Not sure about FL, but most states require professionals to use PC or PLLC instead of a regular Corp or LLC.

To Patients

Due to the recent passing of Dr. Sievers, we have arranged to work with a like-minded physician who is available to follow up with patients via phone consult.

We are searching for a like-minded, like-hearted physician to ultimately step into the practice to continue serving your health needs.

http://www.drteresasievers.com/

Sounds like this was written by "Mark the office manager." How many times can we actually use the words "like minded" in two very short sentences? Is there a fee for this?

BBM Strange that the physician's name and his/her specialty is not indicated. MOO

Very true. You're right. The infomercial was done in poor taste. I do however believe in taking quality supplements. Wasn't there some kind of controversy with Dr. Oz about his advertisement?

But why is he posting that on the website now? He had someone doing phone consultations and she stopped for legal reasons...

My goal is to prevent age-related illnesses Such as diabetes, heart disease, dementia, cancer, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis as well as look for root causes of problems.

If cancer is age related, we can close all the childrens hospices.

I appreciate that the incidence of any and ALL illness increase as we age, but this particular portion of the linkedin profile screams fearmongerer and snake oil.

It also includes a long spiel about a co-worker.
I am excited to tell you that at Restorative Health and Healing Center, I have bridged my practice with an amazing Eastern Healer, Lenka Spiska. Lenka is a Reiki Master, Medical Intuitive, Licensed Massage therapist and so much more. I recommend her regularly and she does see patients in my office. For more info on Lenka see www.lenkaspiska.com

That was up for a while now. Perhaps CWW was doing the Dr's website and MS does not have access/ does not know how to change it / just does not care about it/ will have replacement soon and will need a new or overhauled website anyway.

We know MS doesn't care about his dogs. MS doesn't care about returning medical records to TS' patients, so most likely MS doesn't care about the website.

Hi NIN,
bouncing off your post to suggest that MS is all talk and little action.
New doctor - no update, didn't happen.
Medical records - recently still unprovided.
Dogs - provided with minimal care.
TS family - no contact

I appreciate he is grieving, but he has called skinner (who is kind enough to post), and he found time to take care of the fund me page (which would not have been set up/accepted if money were not an issue).

MS is the snake oil salesman, TS believed deeply in her cause and worked hard, MS talked a good game. IMO

Because TS was smart, I imagine the business had a financial advisor and tax accountant. On a quarterly and/or annual basis, the finances of the business would be reviewed, and advice for future success would be provided. Generally, those aspects of the business aren’t left entirely to an ‘office manager’, even if the office manager is the spouse.

She had a brother who could do that. But maybe she trusted her hubby. Why not? She is not selling widgets or doing other kinds of deals.

M.s. is not a dr. And I dont think medical records are his to return to anyone .

The dogs in the home are in a place they are familiar with and I'm sure are cared for or I'm sure someone will call the humane society on him

I had to be 'gone' a couple of weeks so I am trying to get caught up. This case, this situation, utterly 'blows my mind'. That 'joke' matrix chart (that's been around for years, I believe.......) is NOT big enough for this case IMO !

My feelings & always IMO !!!

1. AmazonRain: You talk about the 'house of cards' coming down. But if any of those cards has their hands on.............say......................$10K, I URGE you physicially to get your self (your body) off the grid of the living right now. I URGE you to be 'unfindable' (which goes waaay beyond 'unlocateable', AR). You obviously are courageous and very loving. Your cyber-appearance here is courageous and so very helpful to us all, but only so long as you physically are completely shielded in protection. AR: YOU know best - perhaps the 'house of cards' is at the last point possible prior to complete collapse right now???

2. I find the many LLC's established and GoDaddy domains purchased to be very, very disturbing. IMO, based on personal life experience, knowledge, blah de blah, IMO only, my impressions of those who spend their 'free time' choosing to dabble in such pursuits:
A. Have that I Am Brilliant defect, and that defect includes the 'I' lacking awareness of how she/he is truly perceived;
B. Have megalomania;
C. Think they are the human form of some recent satirical cartoon character I heard about from a tv show called 'The Southerners' Go To The Park' or somethin'.......(I have no tv set....) - somethin' cartoon-creepy happened to that cartoon modern Mr.Magoo character.
D. Establish a '.org' ??? Oh my $^%^$# ------------------------------ IMO = money making scam. Making money off what sorts of people? Hmmm? People with chronic pain? People with money to throw? People wanting to buy The Music Man's snake oil !! Gimmmeeee more !
E. 'nummygirl.com' ---------------- hmmmm no-brainer on that one IMO. Prob' 'yummygirl.com' & 'youngnummygirl.com' & 'nummygirls.com' were all already taken.
F. Establishing an LLC called 'UNIVERSAL' ANYTHING !???????? !!!!!!! H E L L O ! Megalomania. Dubai- not visions of sugar plumbs dancing in her/his head but Visions of soon owning the penthouse (top 5 floors) in the Kahlifa Tower - and that whole bldg', natch'.

3. About Wright and that past paternity matter, here in MN, it is entirely normal for a purported unmarried bio' dad to be able to have a chit chat with an attorney prior to paternity being adjudicated (finalized). It's such a 'big deal' that it's akin to a 'constitutional right', aka due process, fundamental fairness.

Also, here in MN, if/when bio' mom seeks public benefits, with super-limited exception, the wheels of establishing child support start creaking - - establishing a man's 'paternity' underlies his lawful obligation to provide $ support to one's child.

4. I had the experience of being taken on a lengthy tour of a large MO jail (not prison - jail) years ago. It was very sad, very sad. Large groups of same-sexed humans in see-thru-wire-barred cages (see-thru all-around - only the floor was solid).

5. Here's something I CANNOT wrap my head around. So, if Teresa knew Wright had any sort of criminal background, LET ALONE DRUG ADDICTION/SALE/MANUFACTURE OF METH', WEAPONS, why would she tolerate him having anything at all to do with her medical doctor's practice ESPECIALLY when she herself was getting into the money-making side line of supplement sales with those loooong tv commercials (ty to whoever posted that video of her selling a certain group of 'pills' (non-prescrp., 'supplements'). Why would Teresa stand for letting Wright have hold of all of the computers?????? EVEN IF Teresa were kept insulated, Teresa had family, 'street smart' folks around her who surely alerted her?????? I guess GUESS that if Wright & Mark were just scheming to sell 'fake pain cream' (see local Mpls. case, today's date...) to the hurting, and Wright were said to be a Changed Man now, then I can see it, I s'pose....

Mark S knew all of Wright's EVERYTHING. Even if Mark S had the lousiest judgment in the world, EVEN IF Mark S was The Most Gullible Doofus ON THE ENTIRE PLANET, can someone explain to me how he would EVER let Wright have ANYTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH TERESA - personally, WORKWISE -------------------------------------- THEIR COMPUTERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???????????

6. THANK YOU to Moderators, owner here, for your kindness to all of us.

Great post. I am, too, flummoxed as to how TS came into the position of having an IT guy who might as well walk around holding a flashing neon sign that says "bad guy." And that she was even married to someone who would be besties with that kind of person. I have to think that MS and CWW pulled the wool over her eyes. Can you imagine if CWW applied to work for you what that background check might look like? Ack! But since he was part of the family, TS would prob just take her hubby's word on it that CWW was not so bad. Until the truth might have started to slowly deep out.

Exactly who is supposed to return the records? Who sent the records when a person moved out of state? TS? I doubt it. Could it be that the office manager is supposed to do it but if not, isn't it his duty to provide the service?

Or maybe CWW did it. I guess he is a bit indisposed

I think legally they need someone to oversee the release of medical records.

I think legally they need someone to oversee the release of medical records.

Ok So why doesn't he do it? He is required by law to do it, He can use some of his 🤬🤬🤬 money to hire someone to do it. Or maybe some of the money he undoubtedly got from the funeral.

Can you imagine what it is to be a patient and you have no info to give your new doc? Grrrrrrrrr

When I go to my doc, I can get a print out summary of the appointment from the receptionist at the front desk. I suppose my doc releases it,

I know this article is specific to Texas but it's quite possible that the estate is holding onto the medical records and plans to sell Teresa's patient records with the practice. In other words, right now MS maybe reluctant to release records because that would decrease the value of her practice. Plan A, finding a replacement may not have worked so he's moved onto Plan B, selling the practice.
