that will be a call for a new trial due to incompetent council. No joke

Does this azzhat not realize that he just told the jury the most important thing...ever...himself? He is so busy trying to trip up the pastor, he doesn't even realize what he has said here.

If her life were at risk he would have been obligated to do or say something, but Stacy didn't say that she feared that he was going to kill her.
I think that Stacy went home and told Drew about the conversation and then Drew figured that Stacy was too great of a risk of a risk for him to keep around and that is when he killed her.

I don't think she told him, but since he was having her followed he probably knew of the meeting. The fact that it was a "secret meeting" aroused his suspicions

The DT draws out more incriminating evidence than the PT.

Jury pulled out, attys arguing #DrewPeterson

Didn't Drew invite the pastor up in his plane shortly after his meeting with Stacy? Or was that someone else he (DP) wanted to intimidate?

Lol, can't blame the prosecution today.

Burmila said Schori can talk about it, because Lopez opened the door on his cross-examination ...

[YES...and I know exactly when the DT opened that door... they asked him about not coming forward in august or septmeber...but he did in october...LOL ]

Better for the Rev to meet with SP in public for several reasons, the defense just is not thinking today. Basically, no one can claim inappropriate actions - including stalking Drew.

That was brought out because of Lopez questions! He badgered him and led him to say "did you tell anyone in August? September? October?". They stepped in the dog crap here. If PT gets punished I will be beyond pizzed.

Judge: “Where are we at, then? I’ve made a ruling that he cannot say she said this was going to be the perfect crime. #drewpeterson

When the judge wants to know where things are, you've gotta know we ain't in Kansas anymore, Dorothy.

Ack!!!

We have stepped through the looking glass, Alice, and Jabberwocky rules...

Gasps in gallery as #DrewPeterson atty Lopez asks if Schori brought a witness to coffee house because he was afraid Stacy would seduce him.

Lopez on observer: "you knew she [Stacy] was trying to seduce you, right?" Schori "not at all"

I was thinking the same thing.
Of course he came forward at that time.

In Session “After she made this statement, you didn’t offer any further counseling to her?” “I did not meet with her again.” “You let her leave this meeting without giving her any advice?” “I did not tell her what to do; that is correct.” “She also told you that Drew told her that he killed his own men when he was in the Army?” “That is correct.” “This was outside, on the patio?” “Right . . . there were people outside.” “It was a fairly busy Starbucks?” “Yes.”

BBM: In the frame of looking at someone who is abusive wouldn't this statement be considered intimidating to the person receiving the information???? In other words, "I've killed before and would have no problem doing so again."

And wouldn't it be up to the person this minister is meeting to say I think Starbucks is too public a place???? jmo

Good! Finally! They opened the door thinking they'd be able to turn around and cry foul. They stepped in a steaming pile of poo and I love it!!!

Glasgow: You knew Drew Peterson was a policeman?” “Yes.” “She asked you not to tell anyone?” “She did.”

@WGNNews: Some jurors seem to dislike the defense's approach with the witnesses including the pastor. #Peterson

In Session The sidebar ends, and the jurors are back in the courtroom. “You were asked whether or not it was possible that Stacy was lying to you?” “Correct.” “Did you believe her?” “I believed her.” Objection/Sustained.

Has Lopez no morals? He should be ashamed. He's getting no brownie points here.
