BBM: I sure wish I knew this answer but I don't ...

Anyone ? TIA !

In a pic of the bathroom it looks like there is a round window over the bath tub. Or it may be an octagon shaped window.

attys don't want jurors to know about receipts, which were kept in a so-called alibi folder.

Defense is making a motion a bar testimony from state's attorney investigator Dave Margliano.

Defense currently arguing about #drewpeterson's red "alibi folder" filled with receipts from the weekend Kathleen Savio died.

IMO I think that today has been very good for the prosecution. Schori came across as a very credible witness and made many good points with the jury. I hope the rest of the day continues to be so positive.

I don't recall that either.

The IS transcripts stated he came alone.

Hmm, maybe I did not hear him correctly then. That said, Schori did admit he had someone come with him for "protection" so that the meeting would not be frowned at.

Seems like he said he had a feeling that she had something "big" she wanted to discuss so he said he wanted someone with him.

He also said earlier that he never met anyone in his office -- that goes back to what Kimster said about her pastor. Pastors these days need to look after their reputations, too.

My pleasure. I would also add that DP was laughing with his defense team often. He seems calm and sure he is going to win. As much as I think Schori's testimony was damaging to DP, I also saw right away that Lopez was trying to shred him to pieces as to his credibility.

He was trying to paint a picture (IMO) that he and SP were involved or SP wanted him, which is why he hammered home the Starbucks meeting place as a place where you do not counsel people.

As much as I hate to admit it, I felt he did a good job there if I am on the jury. However, Schori's testimony came off as credible and solid.

:seeya: THANKS for the update from the courthouse !

Questions :

1. What "color" was the "Color Coordinated Jury" wearing today ?

2. Can you tell us about the jury -- were they interested, taking notes, etc ?

atty Brodsky says the state can't provide evidence of a "false" alibi if defendant hasn't presented an alibi defense.

Just got on site and am trying to catch up, just wanted to point something out.

See BBM above: Steve had to turn the bathroom light on? I guess Defense is going to say that she was taking a bath in the dark?

Good catch!

Now, why wouldn't that be allowed in?

prosecutor Glasgow also says it would back Pachter's testimony that Drew wanted an ironclad alibi for day of Savio's death...

When the defense team get their chance to put on their case, it is rumored that they are going to try and 'dirty' most of these witnesses up. They have dirt on several of them apparently.

:what: OFGS ... The nerve of this bunch ... This is The Pot Calling The Kettle Black !

Sleuthers, Lopez did ask Schori that you had someone come with you just in case and to basically CYOA. Schori answered: "Yes, that was maybe part of the reason", or something very close to that statement.

I have no idea why this testimony was not posted but I promise you all I heard it.

WHO BUT A GUILTY PERSON WOULD HAVE AN "ALIBI" FOLDER?

:what::what:

RT @StacyStClair: #DrewPeterson judge allows prosecution to present testimony about the receipts and the red folder.

bjlutz: Burmilla says receipts from a Krispy Kreme & Shedd Aquarium are admissable. Receipts were for cash, not credit, and kept in a red folder

I think it made him look like a fool roughing up a Pastor.

Exactly! Is this pastor single? All the more reason to have someone with him and meet in a public place.
