Dwight was last seen in Sacramento County, California in April 2011. He was not reported missing until March 2012. Dwight's mother, Tanisha Edwards, was arrested for a probation violation, at which time Dwight's disappearance was discovered. She claims that Dwight may be with a babysitter, possibly living under a different name. Tanisha’s boyfriend, who claims to be unaware of the fact that she had a son, is also being investigated. Detectives have stated that Dwight's case may turn into a homicide investigation.
