DETROIT, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- The Michigan woman who posted pictures of a dying child on the Internet must move from her home as part of a plea agreement, court officials said.

Jennifer Petkov, 33, reached a plea agreement Tuesday after pleading guilty to assault and battery against a neighbor, The Detroit News reported.

The charges stemmed from allegations Petkov tried to run over a neighbor with her car. Judge Carole Youngblood sentenced the defendant to 18 months' probation with a number of conditions, including a requirement she move out of her Trenton neighborhood, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.

I think she will eventually do jail time for all of this. They could make her move 100 miles away, she is still going to harass these neighbors. I don't think anything is going to stop her.

That entire neighborhood must be doing a happy dance, but I feel very bad for the people in the next neighborhood she moves into.

Without knowing her I would have no way of knowing what the root cause of her meaness comes from. My guess would be that she was spoiled and has a sense of entitlement. She learned that behavior from somewhere or wasn't taught what is acceptable and what isn't. She is a bully. JMO

This goes beyond mere "meanness" or bullying. This woman's behavior has gone beyond the bounds of any semblance of decency and beyond what any, normal person would believe they could do and not face harsh consequences for. Even when in trouble with the law, and the eyes of the country upon her she does not try to stop from harassing and possibly attempting to murder another person. She sounds seriously personality disordered, probably borderline personality disorder, anti-social and who knows what else. But I don't feel a bit sorry for her and what I have studied shows there is little help for a person like her. Prison is the best place she can be.

ITA! Jennifer P will not let this go. I think she will stalk these poor people by using the internet, the phone, driving by the old neighbourhood, ect. And as an added bonus, she will have a whole neww set of neighbours to find fault with and abuse. :(

I just read this story! How sick!!!

So did she eventually lose custody of the 2 yr old and 12 yr old as well? I sure hope so!!!

Petkov was ordered to undergo psychological and substance abuse evaluations, and participate in any recommended treatment; attend anger management counseling and have no contact with the neighbor who filed the complaint. A violation would result in Petkov serving 93 days in the Wayne County Jail, the prosecutor's office said.

So she has to under go a Psyche and drug evaluation and attend anger management counseling...And she has to move ... I already feel sorry for the neighbors wherever she ends up living next.

Why is Petkov still allowed on FB if these messages are in fact coming from Petkov?Why is grandma on FB and if she is on FB why doesn't she have her FB page locked up tightly?

Respectfully, is it just me or is it a bit odd that grandma ran out of the police station crying prior to being able to finish filing a report? Why not take a few minutes to regain her composure and finish the report?

Why is this carrying over after the former neighor moved?

Grandma admits she says things that she probably shouldn't but only after someone else says something to her first? It sounds rather childish to me. Why not just be done with it. It really sounds like she is overwhelmed with the loss of her daughter and likely loss of her daughter soon. Perhaps, she should stay off Facebook for awhile. Surround herself with real life friends and make phone contact with anyone she can't visit easily due to distance.

Keeping this family in my prayers.

I don't care what arguements they had.This sweet little girl had nothing to do with it.The woman is being mean and cruel and it's wrong.She needs to lay off and grow up.

...Police were called back to the house twice April 23 for noise complaints made by Jennifer’s husband Scott Petkov.

Scott told police that people were outside talking loud and, with the windows open, he could not sleep. He added when he asked them to quiet down, a neighbor’s 33-year-old boyfriend allegedly made threats toward him.

According to the police report, the boyfriend took issue with a statement that Scott made out of an upstairs window and with a Facebook page allegedly created by Scott about the neighbor’s 16-year-old daughter.

Though the statement that was made was not in the report, Trenton Police Chief William Lilienthal said he had copies of the Facebook page and said police were looking into it.

According to the report the girl’s mother, 38, gave police a copy of Facebook posts Scott has put on the computer about her daughter being fat.

Couldn't the grandmother contact facebook and send them a copy of the court order, (registered mail) and ask for their assistance in making sure that she (Petkov) abides by the order? That is what I would do. If facebook doesn't want to monitor her, they could delete her.

Is there any history of meth use with the Petkov's? My guess would be drug addiction.

These parents need to grow up and stay off Facebook, enough already, their an embarassment to themselves and that little girl.

Sounds like Jennifer Petkov is antisocial and narcissists. Most likely a psychopath.

Some adults are more immature than children. Sad fact is having children does not make one mature. Case in point, Lori Drew, Casey Anthony, and Jennifer Petkov.
