Noy only that Patsy would be exposed as someone who killed her child but what about prison? I thought it was interesting when John Ramsey said he was trying to keep them out of prison. Not Patsy, not himself, but both of them. What does he mean and what does he know?

I would like for people to consider the head wound for a moment. It must have been an incredibly powerful blow to have caused that massive indentation in her skull. Skulls are pretty hard things and can take pretty heavy blows and the brain within can be severely concussed without the skull even breaking. This did not happen to JonBenet. Her skull was caved in.

Surely the implement used must have been a long handled implement sufficient for the user to take a large arced swing at the head and hit with sufficient impact to cause the damage it did? Surely it couldn't have been even a heavy torch but something more the shape of a baseball bat? Surely it must have been swung by an exeptionally violent and unfeeling person? Surely the person must have been young and strong and male and possibly proficient at swinging a baseball bat?

Can people seriously deny these observations and insist that non-athletic female Patsy could have inflicted that blow? Doesn't it have all the markings of the work of a strong male psychopath?

Can you provide the source for John saying he was trying to keep THEM out of prison? Thanks. (Or am I reading this wrong. Is he referring to himself and Patsy, or someone else?)

when John was explaining to Patsy he was trying to keep "them" out of prison, or jail. Also when he was saying his investigators job was to keep "them" out of prison, or jail. This last statement I think was a comment made. The first is in thier book somewhere. I'm not going to look it up as I believe you probably have the book yourself. He refers to "them". Not just Patsy or himself.

It's in DOI when they're discussing the Grand Jury. Patsy apparently doesn't appreciate the danger they are in of being arrested for JonBenet's murder and John is trying to drive the point home to her. Read it last night when I was looking for something else.
