Bomb hits tourist bus near Egypt's Giza Pyramids; at least 16 hurt

"The attack comes as Egypt's vital tourism industry is showing signs of recovery after years in the doldrums because of the political turmoil and violence that followed a 2011 uprising that toppled former leader Hosni Mubarak. It is the second to target foreign tourists near the famed pyramids in less than six months."

The bus had a group of tourists from South Africa.

They are shown bloodied and shaken, but thankfully no serious injuries or fatalities. The photos show a big hole in a concrete wall.

I'm sure there are hundreds of tour buses that go by there in a month, but it just takes one bad incident to shut down Egyptian tourism again.

Wow! I didn't realize tourist were under attack in Egypt....I thought mostly the Coptic Christians were always being attacked there...
