Back on topic, does anyone know if SS could be the so-called "Hispanic Male" seen with EJ in SA? Has he said if he went to TX to see her? I can see where someone seeing him from a distance might confuse this Romanian man as being Hispanic. And since his sister is EJ's best friend, I could see his sister asking him to go to SA to make sure EJ was ok.

Actually, that is off-topic. But yes, I know that SS could *not* be the HG, because he has been known to LE for some time now, and LE is still looking to identify the HG. Logically, this tells us that they have already determined that SS is not the HG.

Please keep in mind WS's rules regarding sleuthing of innocent parties. SS is not a POI or suspect. He just happens to be a friend of Elizabeth.

The only persons LE has named as POIs in this case are Jack and Tammi Smith. Tammi was arrested and charged. Jack was cleared as a POI.

Elizabeth was arrested and charged.

LE has not named any suspects.

So.....everyone who saw the video, BEFORE it was edited to exclude Tammi Smith's name, KNOWS what this friend said. I believe him, I THINK. ...at the least, I believe EJ told him it was Tammi who arranged for the couple to meet her at the park AND the CORRECT park, as well.

I felt TS was kind of talking in {code} to EJ in those recorded conversations we've seen. She wanted to be SURE EJ couldn't id the couple.

With this much time passing, it has gone waayyyy past the 'custodial interference' thing. Whoever has Gabriel needs to realize this is NOT a game of hide-and-seek. This is a child's life here and his mommy who is sitting behind bars because whoever has him hasn't brought him back and a daddy who's life has been turned totally upside down trying to recover HIS child.

Oh, and Tammi, IF you REALLY ARE INVOLVED, you need to step up to the plate like YESTERDAY! Again, this is NOT a game! IF it was you that arranged this meeting between EJ and this mysterious couple, YOU need to contact them ASAP and have them turn this beautiful child into their local LE so he can be reunited with his daddy! The lonnggerrr this goes on, the more serious the situation. You better talk to your lawyer today!

I went to the Fox 29 Facebook and saw where Yami was in Phoenix doing this interview.I thought she was TPS best new buddy...according to TPS that is....I think somethings is fixin to bust out BIG TIME! I can only pray it does ....

I know the Smith's home was searched initially but a thorough search now just might be warranted. I think it's possible that Gabriel could be in their house, that place is absolutely huge and in one of the pictures of the house it looks to have a basement.
Also I know that on Tammi's fb she mentioned having an Au Pair and I'm just wondering where the Au Pair is, has she been questioned and could she possibly be living in the basement of the Smith's home caring for Gabriel.
Sorry, I just think Tammi is dangerously mentally disturbed, I think she set her sights on Gabriel and there was no way she was going to let that baby go. I think she has him right there in her house. Just my opinion...
So is there anyway for LE to go back into her home and search for Gabriel?

This would be great...if there were some legality as to why SS' comments were pulled, then straight from the horses mouth couldn't be stopped could it?

First of course, IANAL.

Hard to say for me, because I'm just not familiar enough with the libel laws in regards to news outlets. Look at some of the outrageous misinformation you see on NG, for example. I just don't know where the line to libel is crossed in the media. I *think* it was okay for Fox to air what SS he said. He was simply relaying what EJ told him. I do not recall him using language that would read as him making any accusations or allegations himself against anyone. Simply saying "here's what EJ told me". I *think* that's okay.

Hard to say too if it was even pulled on purpose because frequently on news outlets, a raw video is popped up quickly, then a 'prettier' edited version is put up later. To save space, the raw version is deleted.

And hard to say if it might have been LE who had it pulled. There may have been some info in there that is part of the investigation and they weren't ready to have it released, and SS misunderstood what he could say publicly. I'm thinking this is the most likely scenario.

Maybe we should ask AZlawyer.

B...I just googled san antonio news, clicked on the fox 29 website, then clicked their FB connection on the left hand side and that's where I saw it....I ain't real computer savvy!

I saw the original video and all I can say is wow. TPS will deny deny deny for all eternity because she doesn't want to go to jail, lose her house, her buisness, possibly H. She doesn'f care about Gabriel, EJ, Logan, Gabriel's family or anyone else but her own hide at this point. She has too much at stake.

On top of it all she sits there and hides behind her bible verses on FB. To me she is nothing but a stumbling block. She reminds me of the woman in the bible who steals a baby in the middle of the night and is brought before Solomon. If you are reading here Tammi the story can be found in Kings and remember all darkness shall come to light.
