EJ's phone call to TPS 1/22

Hmmmm..............I wonder if TS told EJ that if anything legal happened, ie her being arrested, they would bring Gabriel forward. But now they've left EJ hanging in legal limbo.

Maybe THAT'S part of why EJ told TS she isn't the type of person she thought she was.

Too bad they can't get that Yami or whatever her name is, to give a taped interview with EJ. I know EJ has 'legal rights,' but if she wants to get out of hot water, that might be a way.

Been thinking about this and Gabriel all day. How in the world is Tammi getting away with this? Why aren't police continuing to question her?! Why does it appear that they don't believe Elizabeth? Are they holding something close to the vest or have they given up that anything out of Eliz's mouth is the truth? Surely after all TS has done - they would keep interrogating her. We're talking about a missing baby here. I know TS has rights, but my gosh...she has lied so much!! I hope LE is still hot on her tail. I believe Elizabeth was telling the truth in that phone call.

I think the problem isn't necessarily that they don't believe EJ but they have no evidence to back things up. Apparently TPS has been able to cover her tracks well enough to keep from getting caught. I know EJ has a credibility problem but listening to that phone call it does sound like she was sincere.

What happened between Jan 5 when Elizabeth's jail interview with the reporter when Elizabeth was chummy chummy with Tammi, and Jan 22 when this recorded call took place and Elizabeth felt lied to and betrayed by Tammi?

Looking for possibilities of what caused the change:

TS- we will be sueing you

EJ- for what??

TS- for what? for destroying our lives, and not keeping your mouth shut.

That's such an odd thing to say - "not keeping your mouth shut".

I noticed how TPS whipped out the lawsuit threat quicker than Doc Holliday's sixshooter to derail the direction of the conversation. I bet she's threatened a lot of law suits since this began.

After hearing TPS state to EJ that she was going to sue her for slander she has everything to do with this ...imo.

That is a direct threat to EJ to keep her mouth shut and EJ really doesn't know any better, I mean come on what does EJ really have that Tammi can actually get. I am sure EJ has been informed to keep quiet because of this as well...invoke your 5th. EJ's lawyers have a plan for her I am sure...

But it still does not help us find Gabe, I do not think EJ killed Gabriel I just don't, stupid yes. Stupid for believing TPS could help her and I am sure TPS is a smooth talker telling EJ it would all work out....

I do not really think that EJ has a clue as to who she handed Gabe over to so how can she help ? I wish Tammi would have kept flappin her jaws for a little longer...that woman will go to h**l for her involvement in this mess.....

I know her type (TPS) ran onto a few so far in my life and my hair just stands on end don't have the time nor the patience for self rightous, back stabbin, bible verse throwin, lying through their teeth people such as her they get theirs in the end.

Tammi is counting on Gabe's father running out of funds and LE to run out of steam she is laughing her bum off inside I just know, well Tammi you will get caught one way or another for your involvement in this case so I suggest you watch your back because LE is coming sooner or later......Off Rant now :banghead: Sorry

I had assumed that Tammi gave Yami the tape to 'exonerate' herself. Why would LE give Yami the tape? Why would SS have the tape? I don't imagine he and Tammi are very good friends with him under the mindset that Tammi betrayed EJ etc. Unless... he befriended Tammi under the guise of wanting to help Tammi in order to actually help EJ, and Tammi gave him the tape and he gave it to Yami.

Isn't there a poster here that has communicated with Yami before? Maybe that poster or someone else could ask her where she got the tape from?

I just emailed Yami and asked her "who initially brought up the subject of a park, her or Tammi? If it was Tammi that perhaps said to Yami something to the effect of "She told me Raymond something park" then that just might be the missing link that will send Tammi to the klink...lol I'm a poet...lol

Maybe momtective could email Yami and ask where the tape came from?

Doesn't LE occasionally release recorded inmate phone calls? Like how they did with Casey Anthony and the Croslins? They have remained so tight lipped in this case though. The fact that EJ was so calm did make me feel like she was sitting in front of LE and knew what she was going to say before making the call. JMO

I thought it was weird how EJ was so calm, but I think you are spot on with this...

Early on Yami and Tammi were in contact. Yami threw Tammi under the bus big time with these stories though. Maybe Tammi threatened to sue her or something. Told her to keep her mouth shut.

In Tammi's last court appearance, didn't her attorney get an extension because of the VOLUMES of 'alleged' evidence, or evidenctuary(sp?) whatever. So, IMHO, I THINK this tape was in there. This would have, imho, been from the pros...............It was a THIRD party call, Tammi didn't EXPECT it, Tammi was on a cell phone which is NOT allowed from the jail.

I always felt THIS phone call was set-up by LE.....

Maybe LE fine combed through all the evidence from TS, and really found nothing - hard for me to believe she covered her tracks SO well given what we've seen from her (being caught lying on national TV) etc...

I've emailed her 3 times and haven't heard back from her...i'll give it one more shot though.

I think the problem is that LE wants evidence and that is what they are not getting in this case. Instead of charging EJ with murder I wish they would charge TPS with Gabriel's disappearance and see what kind of talking she would do.

Just a thought...has Tammi ever once asked Elizabeth where Gabriel is? Has she even mentioned his name to Elizabeth? It just seems to me that in any conversation with Elizabeth she would be demanding to know where that baby is. Tammi says she loved Gabriel, wanted to adopt Gabriel...so I just can't understand her not all but crawling through the phoneline screaming, yelling, and demanding that Elizabeth tell her where he is!
But it hasn't happened in either conversation we've been privy to.
