Mississippi - The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is urgently asking for the public’s help in locating 12-year-old Elizabeth Faith Green.

Elizabeth was last seen around 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at a residence on Duck Pond Road. Deputies and investigators have been searching tirelessly through the night and into today, following every possible lead to bring her home safely.

Elizabeth’s family and the community are desperate for answers. Every minute counts when a child is missing- please take a moment to look at her photo, memorize her face, and share this post.

A man has been arrested in Clayton, Louisiana, after allegedly kidnapping a 12-year-old girl from Adams County. The victim was safely recovered following a joint law enforcement operation.

Officials arrested Victor Alfonso Xol Mez in connection with the kidnapping investigation that originated in Adams County.

Mez was taken into custody by Concordia Parish deputies during a traffic stop in Clayton, Louisiana.
