Elizabeth Johnson Trial - Day 5 - 4th Day of Prosecution's Case - Thursday, Sept 27

The trial had been expected to last until early November because the jury had two weeks off in August due to scheduling conflicts.
However, the trial is moving along faster than anticipated partly because Johnson’s attorney, Marc Victor, is doing very little, if any, cross examining of the prosecution’s witnesses.

Happy B day !!! Yesterday was my sons 16th and my OB/GYN said we all went to the same party cause his office is always packed this time of year LOL count back 9 months it was New Years eve LOL

My oldest son had his birthday yesterday too...lol.

Det Salame (SA) thought from the beginning that EJ killed Gabriel. If anything came out of all of his investigation to lead to murder charges, I think they already would have filed them. But a while back, SA admitted they do not have any evidence to let them file charges.

Well if AZ can't file charges and TX has no evidence ....who is going to stand up for that BABY and his father. Just makes me sick!:maddening::banghead:

I suspect SA has egg on their faces over this trial. First, they kept denying Tempe PD's requests (plural) to file an Amber Alert, then they wouldn't even put the missing poster on their missing persons website, etc....

I suspect SA has egg on their faces over this trial. First, they kept denying Tempe PD's requests (plural) to file an Amber Alert, then they wouldn't even put the missing poster on their missing persons website, etc....

It seems to me that TX treated this case as a homicide from the beginning. Maybe they thought they would find Gabriel in the landfill? Too bad the AZ judge gave her visitation after the stunt she pulled trying to frame Logan for hiding the baby when she was the one that did that and got caught red handed. So she gets rewarded for that and given the opportunity to run off with the baby and DISPOSE of him.

The search of a San Antonio, Texas, landfill for the remains of baby Gabriel Johnson was called off today after investigators were unable to find any clues suggesting the baby was there.

Authorities spent 16 days combing through 4,200 tons of trash at the Tessman Road Landfill, where they believed the remains of the baby might be.

San Antonio police believed the body of the baby might be in the landfill because of text-messages the baby's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, sent to the baby's father, Logan McQueary, saying she had killed Gabriel in a San Antonio motel.

In one of the texts, Johnson tells McQueary she would e-mail McQueary "the exact location of dead Gabriel's little blue body, if the garbage don't come first."

If yall remember the cute little long dark haired girl whose hubby was suppose to be in med school. He killed her and put her in the dump they found some of her body but not all of it. I think he used a trash compactor if im not mistkaen I cannot remember her name but she was so pretty, a mormon and adopted.
