Does anyone know what the witness is suppose to say that is so "upsetting" to EJ?

yep she did that yesterday too.

Just read an old article I didnt know her parents were both dead. That is sad she is so young to not have parents . they were from what the grandad said drunks and such.. she needed therapy from way back..

she chased somebody with a plunger LOL not too threatening unless it had poop on it LOL

To me, she appears to be heavily medicated on strong psych drugs which can produce the facial grimace and eye blinking symptoms among other things. She has a history of losing control and needed to be given something settle her down.

I guess EJ doesn't want to hear that confrontation call again to have to listen to TPS telling her what the other inmates were going to do to EJ in general population.

stipulation to testimony of michael kadosh.....stipulate he will testify he is owner of hostle on 12/29/09 EJ came into reception @ hostle - said Victoria Evans.she had lost her wallet...she asked to use the computer....he took her to local Ross store...she paid $400 to kadosh tostay @ hostle......she did not have Gabriel with her

Registration card...victoria evans....133 Ross Ave, Atlanta- GA......no car.....12/29/09 = signed Victoria Evans.

Jan 11, 2010 first learned about media tip re: Craig Cherry. Det had no info about him before this......

on 1/10/10 Craig agreed to speak to officers/det. next day

on 1/12 Ramirez spoke w/Judge McVey.....subject Craig Cherry on document

search warrant of EJ's home issued.....second search to look for items of evidence in investigation (first one was to look for Gabriel)....they looked for laptop, journaling, other specific items - nothing found to help find Gabe....Asst toJudge McVey -John Johnson....

1/14/10 - Det interviewed TPS and viewed documents with Craig Cherry name on them...just pror to her interview with TPS.

Det Naomi Galbreath?.....alan cridell - documents examined handwriting samples......some with TPS and some with EJ samples.....EJ's were obtained from search warrant of EJ's journal - not something she filled out for the Det.

Admit #138 - stipulation Allan Cridell report......admit report marked w/color pink all items were written by TPS...... color blue marked probably written by EJ....parties stipulated to some redactions of items. Signed by Attys of EJ

Document Det looked @....on 1/14 approx 1;30 PM just prior to interview with TPS @ 2....original docs appeared to be 2 different writers on this document....also JoAnne was spelled Joann (EJ's middle name)...... AC id'd pink highlight to TPS and EJ had blue highlights

concentrate on writing "relationship to minor children.....marked under other... there are 2 potential fathers although we were together @ time of birth Logan signed birth certificate"....AC id'd as EJ wrote that......

Pg 4 of 6 on document.....note where notations marked in blue..... notes marked in pink....asking Logan McQuery and Craig Cherry to submit paternity test and also random drug test when paternity is established.

Voscus - Gen. Mgr of Homegate suites ..... 12/20 - 12/27/09 - Ej checked in and paid cash for 1 week stay.... had baby with her when checked in....she never checked out...she was driving a white sedan.

(so ..... EJ didn't want to be there when confronted with her lies about who she was - but no remorse or emotion about baby Gabe being dead or missing????)

Search warrant trying to find Gabriel Johnson.....

1/15/10 -Deanna Ailla (sic?).....TPS gave name very close... Deanne had phoned in but didnt' leave name.......

1/22/10 = met with EJ and 2 female Atty's and Maricopa Co. Atty, investigative tool - confrontational phone call.......we use this with a victim purpose to obtain factual statements of parties involved......investigation or lead....specific info in an investigation....ie: in sexual assault - be specific not general terms ......they do some preparation.....she is listening to it and it is always recorded......usually conducted between victim an some other party.....usually try to connect to other info they already have.......they sometimes suggest questions for person to ask......in AZ it is ok to record phone calls without person knowing they are being recorded.

Time frame is 1/22/10....still don't know where Gabriel Scott Johnson.....had interviewed TPS and had many statements and EJ....purpose was put them on phone to get factual statements.....gave EJ instructions on how this would work.....initially EJ declined doing this.....Det explained investigation and this tool as it is useful.....

Confirm Janet Morris is not an Atty just works with them in Tennessee.....followed up on connections in Tennessee and San Antonio Jack had and no verification of Gabriel either place......

Ron Olive - rep from NCMEc = team Adam......assisted Det. dept in this investigation....they have not heard from every LE involved in this case...... 3 am and long hours for many of LE in this case.....Police took this very seriously

Phone call with Bob Johnson while on with EJ in Miami - she told gpa where the car was near Motel 6 .....is that what she told LE where the car was? NO ......

she told many different stries about the car whereabouts....

Logan child support owing? No evidence of that....Logan was working and living with EJ and Gabriel and supporting them......

Ej - said false CPS reports Logan turned in....Alicia Shumway of CPS report was about EJ giving baby to the Smiths. - correct

Gabriel was with Smiths Dec 9-18th - and that point in time she left the state.

bob Johnson and EJ - claims story giving couple in SA was corroborated? Never corrorborated! By people @ hotel in interviews corroborate? NO,

in interview Gpa, TSP and EJ....she and Logan talked about adoption for months ....not corroborated by Logan who first heard about it on 12/9/09

Threats by Logan? any verify Logan made threats to EJ? NO.....infact EJ made threats to Logan recorded.....he was still recording phone calls late into Jan 10 with TPS.....

No info or corroborate EJ been talking to Logan prior to 12/26/09.....

investigation of Gabe's whereabouts still ongoing? yes
they had different info - EJ said she killed child, then gave away @ motel to a couple, then said gave to couple in a park, then said gave to couple that TPS had arranged.

searches were done to verify all of the above......no further questions

1) 12/18 -EJ withdraws all $ out of accts = T
2) 12/18 - EJ exits STate of AZ - T
3) 12/18 - EJ was not in violation of court order on that date - T
4) 12/20 - 8am - court order required EJ to hand over Gab to Logan - T
5) EJ failed to hand over Gabe on 12/20/09 - that was violate court order - t
6) 12/20/09 - EJ and Gabe arrive in Texas - T
7) 12/20 - 12/26/09 EJ and Gabe remain in San Antonio texas - correct....we saw 1 picture from EJ camera ...... child appeared to be healthy happy and nothing out of ordinary in reference to his status.....too hard to answer based only on a picture......Gabe looked fine on those days? I didn't see any physical probs....he appeared healthy, don't remember pic where he is cryng....healthy hapy
