I can't believe how he is twisting the kidnapping charge. I wish the judge could silence him. I'm sure the state will clean his mess up if he quits pontificating

Unbelievable.....he doesn't have much to work with so he is just mucking everything up to try and confuse the jury

This is beyond rediclous...but I do understand that this man has been paid a handsome amount of money to represent EJ, he didn't present a defense, and he's agreed with almost everything the prosecution has said. At this point he has to do something, he has to make a desperate attempt to get his client out of this mess. But for the life of me I don't know how the man sleeps at night knowing Gabriel is out there somewhere, knowing what his client is guilty of...he's agreed she's guilty, just not of kidnapping.
