I'm not sure the camera issue has been settled yet. It looks to me like they're requesting a hearing on it. I think cameras are allowed until there's a hearing and a ruling against it, and that there will be cameras today, but I can't say for sure because IANAL. I wish we had access to the motions and responses.

Hi Yellow! The hearing is in about an hour, and they're supposed to rule shortly before that, so maybe about a half hour from now I'm thinking.

Why would they ban the cameras? Elizabeth does not deserve any consideration! She refused to go to court last week! I think that should influence the judge's decision -- grr

Uh oh. I wonder if that time and date website is messed up from the time change.

Maybe they brought EJ to the courthouse early for the camera hearing.

If they can use whatever force necessary, I'm hoping they taze her. That would make my year.

If they do allow cameras, let me know if we need a trancript.

ETA: Didn't see that apparently they already had her there. Maybe they started everything so that it wouldn't throw the whole court schedule off if they had to force her from her cell.

Did anyone JUST hear the update on Fox News ??? I believe it said she was not there and had 30 minutes to get there. Could be wrong....
