Endangered Runaway from Taholah, Washington since August 30, 1979

Age: 13 -- Height: 5'1" -- Weight: 110 lbs -- Hair Color: Brown -- Eye Color: Brown


Elsie was last seen on the Quinault Indian Reservation in Taholah, Washington on August 30, 1979. She ran away with her cousin, Carlota Sanchez. Neither girl has ever been heard from again. They may be in Seattle, Washington or in Arizona. Both cases remain unsolved.
