Email From Lee To Lois Which She has Given Cocoamom Permission To Post On WS.

Was there another email that Lee sent to Lois that we aren't seeing? Maybe I'm not understanding. I can't help but notice that Lee uses the word "ilk". I never see that word without thinking of Websleuthers back during the Laci Peterson murder. I don't suppose he could be sending some message to WS'ers. Nah.

When I saw the word 'ilk' I saw flashbacks of WS way back when. I am usually silent here but I had to break out of lurker mode to reminisce with you. Terry

Interesting that these mass mails seem to magically end up being sent to the A's (oops? I think not), YET when one of them has the extreme audacity to reply, they are publicly bashed in a 20 page thread.

And again, I see no proof that this Email is even real, and if it IS? In today's colloquialism, who gives a R A?

If any of us think the A's are going to accept reality because of all our moaning we're sadly mistaken. Does this help Caylee?

Whether or not Lee truly wrote this e-mail I have no way of knowing. However I have to say it sounds exactly like Lee the times I have heard him speak. CA has the same convoluted speech pattern.

I don't think the email is a big deal. Sound's like he is saying, yes, we took down the things at the memorial. I don't think they did that to dis respect Caylee, I think they did it b/c to allow a memorial is taking the stand she is dead. We all feel pretty strongly she is, LE feels she is & maybe the Anthony's know she is, but they just are not going to take that stand. Don't know if its denial or cover up. I am not inside their heads.

While I may not agree with the content of the email, I will give him credit for not being hateful. No name calling, no cursing, no threats to sue. Sort of surprised, but glad he kept at least a decent tone to it.

I am in no way bashing Lois. She seems like a very nice person. I may not agree with some of the things she has done, but it's her life, not mine. I will say to Lois, by attaching yourself to Murt ( and anyone else who did as well) & being in the middle of many local media shots, chatting on Murt stream, you do open yourself up to get the emails. I am not saying it's right, I am just saying it is bound to happen. No matter who you are, putting yourself out there will make these sort's of things happen. If you are okay with that, keep putting yourself out there. If you are not okay with that, step back a little.

I have never been an Anothny supporter, but I honestly do not see the need to post Lee's email. That my friends, is getting personal & IMHO contributes to loosing focus in regards to Caylee.

I sooooooooooooo disagree with you. The A's have made themselves public figures. If LA is going to mass email something that foul and convoluted it FOR SURE needs to be made public, so the public can see what kind of twisted and disgusting people they really are. JMO

Tricia, first of all thank you for all you do.

In some aspects I agree with you Re the behavior of the family, BUT we have had example after tiresome example. It has been firmly established. They won't change until they are ready, period. They have not progressed past denial, and their behavior will continue to reflect that until they do. What are these constant "revelations" doing for Caylee? Will they change the way the A's operate? Is there anything illegal about what this Email reveals?

I just don't see what this does for Caylee.

Just to add another viewpoint - we hadn't heard from Lee for quite awhile and were unsure where he was standing in all this. Was he now facing the truth and fed up with the actions of and denials by his parents? This email goes to show where he stands now - in other words, in the same place he has always stood. He was just out of our sight for awhile.

IMO the email has nothing to do with a poster, he is addressing the items left at the memorial that are discussed in the original email at the bottom.

ITA, Busylady. And further, I think he tried to address each statement from the original email. I think he purposely sent it out as a "reply to all" so that each person who had received the original email would get a copy of his reply.

I cannot understand, if they are so sure caylee is alive why don't they just let people search for her remains. It would PROVE that they are right and rule out that there could be remains somewhere (given that she was Alive).
If someone I knew went missing one of the first places they check is the hospitals in case something happened. As much as I KNEW nothing probably happened i wouldn't stop authorities from looking there. Ruling out or eliminating a possibility is also a way to PROVE the opposite. I don't get what they are SO scared of!
Wouldn't any other family just let them search!?

Welcome to the question I've been kicking around for a while now. It's seems logical doesn't it? Rule out all the possible places a body could be and if there is no body, that would support their claims that she is alive. You'd think.
