This just seems like such a disgusting violation of the baby's rights and the baby's parents' rights, not knowing yet for sure via DNA if it's Caylee.

It even seems to me like a violation of human decency if it is Caylee. She's not an insect to be observed under a microscope. She's a human being. She's been treated, literally, like garbage. She needs all stops pulled out to give her the utmost in dignity and respect.

The first prosecutor up for the state should have spent a bit more time going over the legal precedents. This motion from Baez, even before identification has been made, cannot be a surprise to the State Attorney's office. The last female prosecutor that was at the mic was much more prepared.

However, even with the long pauses Jose and Co. are still getting their rears handed to them.

Edit: Who is the guy with the dark grey suit and maroon tie? He is mah new hero!! I bet Henry Lee's bottom is smarting from his slam about Ole Henry's disrespectful press conference after examining the car!!

Kathy Reichs is the forensic person that the TV show Bones is written about. She was the inspiration for this show. She also writes mystery novels.

If she joins the defense team I will no longer watch Bones and I will not purchase anymore of her books. I can't do much from where I sit, but I can sure do that. Every book that I would normally pick up at Barnes and NOble is now going to stay on the shelf and the $ that would have paid for the book is now going to Tim Miller.

Prosecution arguing that because the remains have not been identified JB's people don't have the right to "observe" since it is not definite that this body is related to this case. Arguing that AFTER identification, they could petition for this right to observe...

Too bad Baez didn't just jump up and say "My client has told me this is in FACT Caylee Marie Anthony" just to get what he wants and throw Casey under the bus!!
