I say a monster attorney because she is big and bad. She represented Phil Spector and is married to world known Michael Baden. More important....she is extremely very high paid.....who is paying her?

Strickland says evidence will be preserved as the ME normally does "for you to review". JB saying that he doesn't want to make another emergency hearing, time of essence....should defense file motion for a second autopsy he would like to move for that now rather than having to wait for hearing date to expedite the 2nd autopsy immediately.

Defense feels they are going to "pass off" the body to the FBI where they have no access and the judge said bluntly they would be notified when the FINAL ID has been made.

I'm having a shallow moment here - Mrs Baden needs a new suit, she is rather looking like an overstuffed sausage. Very bright however.

All this does is prove to me that KC is totally going to say that the nanny killed Caylee. If she was looking to to plea, she would have done that this morning.

that's it - over Strickland asked that the SA cooperate with releasing the crime scene(s) to the defense before media and people go trampling...SA said "of course, we don't operate that way" (meaning unprofessionally allowing trampling, etc)

If there is more on the body than just skeletal remains it makes you wonder if KC or someone was keeping her on ice somewhere for awhile.

Wrapped in a bag, under water til a few days ago, some tissue could be preserved. It's exposure to the air that would have dried things out.
