Emergency Hearing re: remains-UPDATE MOTION DENIED

  • #141
If there was hair they would have DNA from that -if it's a partilized skeleton, they can most likely get cause of death if by chloroform or a drug - and they can tell if there was neck breaking (which I can only hope this was done after death if it occured)

Motion denied! I also wonder who is paying for this dream team? All I can think is they all want to attend the trial and get name recognition and fame and thats why they are doing it for free.

JB is not making sense - he wants to grant a motion to look at the crime scene? The Judge is confused by JB.

JB did not even have a motion filed to hear. They are about incompetent.

A judge cannot rule on something that is not presented to the court. I wonder how that man got through law school. He surely graduated at the bottom of his class.

I say a monster attorney because she is big and bad. She represented Phil Spector and is married to world known Michael Baden. More important....she is extremely very high paid.....who is paying her?
NO one is paying them. A high profile case such as this is usually done pro-bono. Free. They will make their money on post trial interviews, speeches and/or book deals.

Oh the looks Ms Baden was giving Det Allen!

I missed the comments about the hair! Did they say there was hair found, and that it was like Caylee's?

I was half looking for a change of plea. If defense doesn't change plea soon and St Atty puts death penalty back on the table, it will be too late for her to hope to keep death penalty out of the case!!

I'm no attorney - am I right?

Who is paying for ALL these specialists??? scientists???

This is not going to be Cheap!!!! Who Is Paying For This? Is right.:furious:

Score ONE for the State and a big fat zero for Baez and his new blonde sidekick Baden. The court does not seem to be very happy with all of the "celebrity experts" being called in.

Just don't let any of the A's around any crime scene or evidence or they will 'clean' it up, between LA, CA and GA and I'm sure KC has passed some info along to JB so I would be leery of him getting close to any evidence either.

The defense team looks like they were dipped in oil. Sleezy. IMHO

I'd love to be sitting at that table. Evidently from what they're saying
on Fox news right now (w/Geraldo) Mrs. Baden is a very good lawyer.

Move over Baez.

She comes off as very quick and sharp. Striking contrast to Baez.

Ummmmmmmm.... Ms Baden - 1000% better than JB but still notsogreat.

Think I better leave it at that.

I missed the comments about the hair! Did they say there was hair found, and that it was like Caylee's?

Sadly Yes. Mrs.Biaden stated that the Sheriff's Dept. called JB and told him that
the hair was found and that it was the same color as Caylee's.

If this can be posted that is..... TO Many Guest's... Arrrrrrggggg.

Seeing the prosecution team, Law Enforcement, and Medical Examiner really gave me goosebumps. It's Caylee's team, ready to do battle on behalf of "that little girl".

Team Casey looked bloated and arrogant.

IMO

Move over Baez.

She is a big mouth know-it-all, IMO, she is not a good lawyer.
Her actions today were proof, she has no knowledge of the FL Code,
everything she asked for was shot down, except for the defense being able to examine the crime scene once the State has finished with it.

Everyone on TV is asking is...........WHERE is all this money coming from to hire all these expensive experts.

Where is all the "dough" coming from?

If there is more on the body than just skeletal remains it makes you wonder if KC or someone was keeping her on ice somewhere for awhile.

Body was underwater if it was there the whole time...this slows the decomp rate.

Hopefully there will be some soft tissue along with the hair for tox testing.

Baden could have omitted a specific part of her argument in which she was stressing her people would not interfere with the autopsy.

She suggested maybe they could even offer helpful suggestions.

Right.
Surely the State is open to assistance in gathering evidence that might resurrect the death penalty...assistance from the defense team.

Well sure isn't that standard protocol?:blowkiss:
