15-year-old female Emma-Lee KOWALSKI.

Emma‑Lee was in the Mandurah area on Saturday morning, 14 February 2026.

Subsequent police inquiries revealed she was sighted about 10.40am the following morning, Sunday, 15 February 2026, walking on Barrack Street in Perth.

She was wearing a blue top, black shorts, and was carrying a backpack.

Emma-Lee has not been located, and concerns are held for her welfare.

She prefers to go by the name ‘Lee’ and is described as having long brunette/red hair.

Police believe Emma-Lee is on foot around the Perth City but may have travelled elsewhere.

Seems to only be FB posts. Rather odd - that certainly isn’t getting the message of a missing girl out there!!

I did find that Perth News did have an article, but I only found it through their FB page.

Yeah. Its not urgent enough really. I think they're seeing this as a runaway, but either way. She is an underage girl missing, and the police have not located her safe whereabouts.
