Emmys will edit Kathy Griffin’s offensive speech

i agree...i love her....& the episode you're talking about was hilarious...two little old people hittin a gay club at happy hour....i'll really miss seeing her Dad on the show....

anyone that knows anything about Kathy, should have known she'd come up with something 'off color/offensive' when receiving her award...that's just the way she is...i'm sure it didn't surprise THAT many people......i too, admire her for going to Iraq & Afganistan....she made the troops laugh & they LOVED her...she also did a show at a women's & men's prison....both of which absoutely loved her....

she talked nice about Whitney Houston once, saying she really liked the show Being Bobby Brown & Whitney's voice BOBBBYYYYY, BOBBBYYYYY...then under her breath she said "crack voice", lol....the celebs she 'attacks' ask for it, with the stupid things they do...like Britney showing her 'tootie' 3 times in one week....she did a GREAT standup about Lindsey Lohan....i can't even attempt to describe how hilarious it was.......she's not worried about what people think...she said she has loads of lawyers & she pays them well, LOL....they get on the phones & apologize to Bravo, or E Entertaiment, the Emmy's last year when she JOKINGLY got mad about not winning...she said her lawyers were on the phone all day long apologizing

i think she says a LOT of what people really think, but are afraid to say....she DOES have a tender side also....i cried when her Daddy died...he'll be greatly missed....

She did the Bobby yell at her live show in Fort Myers last month. She was great. She's known for saying suck it so it doesn't surprise me. It also doesn't bother me; I think she's funny. What makes her funny to me is that she has no boundaries.

I think the fact that more people aren't offended by some has-been saying what she said about the Lord proves the end times are very close. This would have caused greater outrage not that many years ago. Or maybe that's just how WS is, lol.

I think when she said "jesus" she meant it the way many people use the term "'jesus" (which I don't like, jmo). I don't think she actually meant Jesus as in Jesus Christ. KG is not to be taken seriously, she is a professional comedian, who is quite funny. I have seen her live and she is a blast. She is a dear soul to go overseas to visit our Armed Forces something many famous people wouldn't dare do. She has great parents. Here father passed away during her recent tour and she had to go back to LA and cut her tour short/or reschedule some shows. She divorced her husband of many years because he was stealing money from her. :twocents: jmo

Saw her clip and I didnt like her, the way she talks and the jokes she tells, thought it was bad taste, and thats my opinion, how do you everyone hates muslims, I have close friends who are muslims and I dont hate them, I do not tar all people with the same brush, You dont know that everyone hates muslims, I dont and I am someone. You are not speaking for everyone else you should just refer to yourself, you might have more friends then who will share your views.

Thanks, close! I get them all confused now since they all seem to run reality shows. I watch her show because it's not her comedy routine. Am I the only one that kind of thought her husband was a dud? I just chalked it up to opposites attracting! I think her hair looks better now that he's not doing it. I always wanted to write her and tell her it looked like she had a helmet on her head and to loosen it up a little! Never did it though. She might want a picture of MY hair. :chicken:
