Andrews was last seen in St. Louis, Missouri on March 17, 2002. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

I did a little research a few weeks ago and found out there was a VERY active serial killer in the St. Louis area. I can't remember his name at the moment, but he killed several women over a number of years. He committed suicide, but we have NO idea how many women or people he could've killed. He was mobile having killed in St. Louis and Illinois.

Normally it means that the person has been located, either alive or deceased. It could also mean that she was hidden from public view and accidentally (?) marked as Resolved in the process. I hope we get to learn the outcome and hopefully it's a good one.
