Sister Joanne wrote: “Police have confirmed that Euan was last sighted 1 hour after he went missing (Wednesday 4th March at 10.23am) at Coles on Bay Street, Port Melbourne and purchased a bottle of water and a cooler bag.
“He does not have his bank card, passport and phone has been switched off now for 2 days.
“We think he was wearing black joggers, black trainers, white t-shirt and a pink cap.
“He was meant to be working at 3pm at the convention centre on White Street, South Melbourne on Wednesday 4th March but did not show.
