I think the Friskies poster might be from the 1980s and might say Chef's Blend. The Chef's Blend product advertised 4 flavors in each bag so that may be why there are 4 different cats in the poster on the wall. From 1978:

Also Friskies was originally a Carnation dog food, then the brand name was switched to cat food. Carnation sold it to Nestle (Ralston Purina) in 1985. On the wall poster, that style of white lettering for the word Friskies was originally Carnation artwork. The white lettering on packages appears in this video; and the white with red letters Carnation symbol also appears at the end of this ad aired from 1985-1986.

In the 1990s the artwork changed and the word Friskies is dark red. From 1995:

Today the word Friskies is bright pink and a stylized curved line, on a yellow background:

Certificate on the Upper left, says, "Most Improved Award".
Is all language English?

Brown and cream fleece blanket with brown trim under the clock.

What are the symbols on the clock?

Could this be a Commonwealth or former British Empire location?
I dont think that Commonwealth countries have middle schools, do they? Where I live it is infants, primary and high school.

So that image could be from 30 odd years ago. The perp could be dead by now.

Someone who found the clock said it was only sold between 1999 and 2000 in US newspapers. So I think it's more recent and the perp could very well still be alive. Here's a picture of the ad: Meowing clock ad 1999

Apparently searching for the ad only yields results between 1999-2000, all in US newspapers. The Friskies poster might just be an old poster. Even if the image is 30 years old the perp could still be alive and hurting children.

i do think a lot of these pictures are quite old as LE have had these files for years and exhausted all avenues in trying to identify victim/perpetrator and this is a last resort.
I could be wrong but this is the feeling I get from these pictures

I found this image using one of the subreddit suggestions that linked to a Houston newspaper dated 1994 about the Friskies Cat Team performing, but the paper has no photos.

This image was on eBay but the page no longer exists. The eBay header was:

Thank you so much for the ad. That does look like the exact clock - there are so many.

That type of ad reminds me of long ago in the Sunday inserts with Parade magazine. The pricing is also odd at $9.58 for the clock, and the plastic wallet organizer in "genuIne leather" is two-for-one at $4.97. The ad just seems older than 1999.

Also the meowing clock may have been sold in stores in some prior year, say in the Midwest region and maybe only as a Christmas novelty, and never advertised. Now someone has bought a warehouse lot# including these unsold clocks and they ran the ad to try to unload them nationwide at mere pennies profit. IOW the clock on the green wall may not have been purchased through that ad but years prior in a store.

Child sexual abuse: Four held in German-led raid on huge network
May 3 2021
''German police have arrested three men and a fourth is being held in Paraguay for allegedly running one of the world's biggest online networks for sharing images of child sex abuse.

The international operation, involving several police forces, targeted a dark net platform called Boystown, which has now been taken down.

Officials say Boystown had more than 400,000 registered users.

They say some images showed the most serious sexual abuse of young children.

The dark net is an internet area beyond the reach of mainstream search engines.

The German-led investigation involved law enforcement agencies in the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, the US and Canada.

The EU police agency Europol says it will also examine intelligence gained from the operation, and "more arrests and rescues are to be expected globally" on that basis.''

''German police say three men detained since mid-April are believed to have run the paedophile network: one aged 40 from Paderborn, one aged 49 from the Munich area and a 58-year-old from north Germany who has been living in South America for several years. He was detained in Paraguay's Concepción region under an international arrest warrant, and German authorities have asked for his extradition.

The fourth suspect is a 64-year-old from Hamburg who was allegedly one of the most active members, responsible for more than 3,500 posts.''

IIRC we talked those certificates into the ground a while back. Staggering number of middle schools with four word names!

Annie Wright could be it.

The T Shirt I do believe came from the animated series."Sabrina". It ran from 1999.to 2000.

Searched vintage shirts but couldn't find that exact image. There are others with her image though.

Found two posh resorts in Algeria. Several in Tunisia.

The ring! We say "gaudy". Unless you're a Rap star.

Thanks for all you do here, Bit.
The ring from the "delivery man", it's a cultural thing...in the Netherlands we consider that kind of rings kind of cheap.....not in dollars but the "look".

I agree that the ring is a cultural thing. Some cultures favor large bling jewelry for males.

Such jewelry, however, also has a practical purpose beyond just having a certain local style or flair. In some countries, gold jewelry also serves as a practical savings account when banks are either rare, or not fully trusted. When money is needed, the jewelry is sold for the "melt value" in the gold.

Anyways.....

One of the broad cultures that favors clunk gold jewelry for men and where jewelry functions as a "savings account" is India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

The man is also wearing a silver bracelet on his right hand (1:09). This bracelet might be a Sikh 'Kara' bracelet. Sikhs are common in India and are associated with turbans. But.... there are plenty of Sikhs who don't wear them. The man also has the relatively lighter Indian complection associated with Sikhs.
kara bracelet photo - Google Search

The above diversions aside, the man's complection, over all look, and jewelry style suggest south Asia to me.

Ugh. Jane Doe 35 has audio. I can only.make out "What are you doing" and at the end "silly".

She is disgusting and cringe worthy.

It's important to note that not all of the John/Jane Does being sought by the FBI are considered to be child abusers. Jane Doe 35's page says she "may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child" and "is not the subject of a criminal investigation". This is not just the FBI being evasive, because some of the other profiles say things like "Images of this person abusing young children were found on the Internet" so clearly there are different categories.

As for why the FBI is looking for her, Jane Doe 35 might be pictured in an innocent video with a child who is abused by someone else in another video. Or there might be explicit photos/videos of her without children, but found in the same collection as child abuse material implying that she may have connections to the abuser.

I really want to emphasise that many of these Does are NOT suspects, especially because if they stumble across these posts they may be afraid to come forward. They should know that the FBI wants their help, not to arrest them.

Edit: Adding the link to the FBI's ECAP page with all the "unknown individuals" they are seeking. See if you recognise anyone, keeping in mind that some of the images may be up to 15-20 years old. Warning, some images may be seen as disturbing due to the context, although there is nothing sexually explicit and no images of children on the page.

In case anyone missed it, the wonderful folks at Bellingcat have tracked down the location of the images featuring John Doe 29. The pictures were taken in a hotel in Turkey in summer 2006. John Doe 29's identity is still unknown.

Thanks for the link, bellingcat provides amazing geolocation lessons!

''Looking at image BB001 in detail, we spotted what seemed to be a metal litter bin reflected in the pool water. This particular design, with a hoop at the top and in different colour variants, was found to be very popular in parks and hotels across different towns in Turkey.''

I didn't see any other thread for this:

FBI publishes a series of cryptic photos which could help save 'child victims' | Daily Mail Online

This one photo caught my attention that WS might solve. Look at the certificate in the lower left and the last word is "School". Can anyone make out the whole name?

42480432-9534999-image-a-28_1619967751398.jpg

Is that Annie Wright Middle School? Or maybe Lower school. Can anyone see that? I think it also maybe has a name printed underneath like Lynn Ann Thompson.

I googled Ann Wright Middle School just to see if possible and surprise, there are private schools by that name Annie Wright Schools in Tacoma, Washington state, with Lower, Middle and Upper sections. Very small and exclusive, 100% go to college.

The two gold trimmed ones might say "Certificate of Participation". The upper right one looks like date May 5, 98 - not sure, the year would be most helpful.
I definitely see ____ Magnet Middle School, maybe Sherwood? There's a Sherwood Magnet Middle School in Baton Rouge, LA. Their logo doesn't look like that one, but... that logo is so faint it could be anything.

Below the photo of the clock and certificates, it says "Note: Administration at Annie Wright Schools and Shepard Magnet Schools have not recognized certificates. Image may be from 2001."

I think this note is new, I don't remember seeing it in previous versions of the collage. Good to know they followed up on those leads, although disappointing that nobody has recognised the certificates yet.

I can't recall an award or diploma being mounted on paper like that. Is this from
a certain time period or country?
