Hi there, I recently wrote an article about this Calgary Cold Case and like the rest of you I'm wondering if you have any knowledge about this case. It's been cold and unsolved for over 40 years, before internet, before social media, before forensics.

This case has been solved. A lab was able to recover genetic material that was linked to a newly identified serial killer who died in prison in the US.

Serial killer linked to four Calgary slayings in 1970s, more victims sought across Canada and U.S.

Four historical homicides of women in Calgary in 1976 and 1977 have been linked to serial killer Gary Allen Srery, Alberta RCMP said.
