Hi Guys

I can't find much of a discussion about the authour of this 'Diary of Days' being cmanthon of the gentiva corp, so sorry if this post is just a duplicate of someone elses thoughts that have been answered i apologise.
For this document to have shown up with the Gentiva corp tag, does that mean it would have been written/posted on a computer at the Gentiva Offices? I don't understand how the Gentiva tag would be attached to it if Casey had written this at home or at a friends. Could someone with a bit of computer savvy try and explain to my very computer dense mind how that could happen. Thank you in advance.

Bumping as FYI/FWIW for those looking @ the June 21 Diary entry and the earlier page where it is written,

"Everyday (sic) is a brand new begining (sic)"​

Noting the last line of the 'Diary of Days' blog that was written between 7/2-7/7/08 (IIRC), is:

"Tomorrow is a brand new day."​

Perhaps the former inspired the later to some degree. :waitasec:

If things were so perfect why does she tell her new version of events concerning Caylee's demise as having come about because she was SECRETLY planning to leave town with Caylee? If everything was so great as Cindy would like everyone to believe, then why was KC planning a secret run-away? Or so she claims in these new jailhouse letters...and further adds that nobody KNEW that but her defense team...Why cut and run on mommy if they were getting along so well???:waitasec:

In one of her first TV interviews CA said that ICA had taken time away from home in order to 'bond with Caylee'- talk about a red flag! What mother of a two year old needs time to start forming a bond with her child- what had she been doing for the last two years?

Could it be that CA had it set up so she could work from home using her laptop and ICA just went about her business of writing the diary of days in her Moms user profile?

This motion in favor of the SA is my favorite one! Although the wording says "not likely to inflame the senses of the jury" - I'm not sure about that - I think it is pretty damning.
I guess that statement means they aren't likely to rise up and charge the Defense table.:innocent:

It pleases me that it's coming in, too. logicalgirl. One of the reasons it intrigues me is a bit subtile. I feel like it give credence to the June 21st entry of the post-dated-year diary that is under scrutiny. Have you ever noticed the similarities between the two writings? Pretty interesting to compare the two.

This always seemed to me to be a cobbling together of various well known one liners, throw away wisdom quotes. I can't read anything into it because it's author, a shallow self-involved creature, probably strung them together because they sound cool. I was looking for some insight here but then I caught myself, this is Casey, a puddle has more depth.

I don't know where everyone is listening to the inteview or whatever--(I'm saving myself for CA till the trial--self preservation---however, she did state it (IIRC) in an interview on TV, I beleive with Larry King---

Hope this is a good place for this....IMO, KC thought herself quite the rock star/poet....there's the pics of her playing Guitar Hero on a couch with Caylee next to her...she refered to Caylee as her "little rock star" in one of her letters.

I believe her "Diary of Days" was HER poor and unoriginal attempt at writing a song...simply because of the repeat of the "Everyone lies..." in the entry...like a song repeats...the chorus, so to speak...just IMO.
I've found bits and pieces of her "song" throughout other songs/quotes of diff poets/music/"rockers".

Her tag on her MySpace page "I'd rather..." is a quote from Kurt Cobain.

OR, from TV shows...we've already mentioned the "House" episode named "Everybody Lies, Everybody Dies".

OR movies...Jumper...which we've all said...the same one rented the night of Caylee's "assumed" death....came the "great consequence" line.

Many of the other "lines" are from all those pics/sayings she copied and added to her computer....I'm talking about the seemingly hundreds we saw in one of the doc dumps....like the little girl with the teddy hanging...something about Tupac...her "hotness"...you get the idea.

Just my opinion and hours and hours trying to make sense of a senseless attempt at yet another "Casey-ism".


This is where I found the Kurt Cobain thingie...didn't go thru all...but I can be pretty sure there's other qoutes she pulled from here for her DRAMMMA (from a text she sent to Amy) filled litle "ditty".

Just had to add...I thought it amusing that JB said at one of the hearings that "Diary of Days" was just from a song by Hayden Christiansen...the main character from "Jumper"...and that the MySpace entry didn't really mean anything....perhaps they were collaborating on the song when that "snot nose", Caylee, got in the way???
KC's whole life seemed built on a fantasy....Juliet Lewis...Hayden Christiansen...fantasy world = mitigating circumstances??

I have been forum searching to verify that information but have not been able to find it. IMO when Casey got that text she sensed something big was coming down. Wierd that her thoughts went to the Diary of Days. Seems that poem was important to her, gave her confidence and somehow fortified her.
