Evidence of Heart Shaped Sticker on Duct Tape Destroyed

This is going to be a weird question so I apologize in advance for said weird question: Is it possible that nose hairs (nostril hairs) could have been found on the duct tape?

And a second one: regarding latents: are we certain that Caylee's latent finger prints are not on any of the duct tape pieces?

In re. latent prints: no latent prints were found period. IMO, that is because all pieces were exposed to the hot, swampy FL elements for 6 months. Almost impossible to expect to be able to detect any after that, imho.

In re. the hairs: to stay on topic, I linked my resource post on the duct tape thread below. Just want to point out, that according to the FBI, nose hairs are not classified as 'fringe hairs'.

Those were not from the duct tape--they were from other items. IIRC, the items included the video tapes and hair straightener that "Zani" had supposedly handled. Oddly, her prints could not be found... :waitasec:

AZ is exactly right. Sorry, I should have been clearer and specified 'duct tape'.

The PowerPoint slide released today is confusing, because the photo of the tape is Q64, which was the bottom of the two crossed pieces of tape. The previously released FBI notes said the heart shape was seen on Q63 (the top of the two crossed pieces). But EF was one of the FBI people who reported personally seeing the heart shape, right? So she should know...maybe it was on Q64 and was erroneously recorded as being on Q63 in the notes.

If you look at the high-def photo of Q64 and blow up that area on the end where EF drew the heart, there is a heart shape that IMO is pretty easy to see.

I see it, but it looks just like all the other hearts I see on the duct tape. I think my mind is playing tricks on me. I want it to have a substance to test so I know its there and not just something that is part of a fold or shadow or anything like that. I look at the wrinkles in my shirt and I can find outlines, or in the clouds. What do you think about this? Is this something they would allow as evidence?

Also, a warning to everyone...this win32 virus thing can get through Norton, ect... most of the virus protection stuff you have...if you see a windows alert on your computer do not click on it...even if it is harmless...that thing destroyed my little bitty computer. Did EF draw the heart in the exact location or general area? When I enhanced the color on the tape with photoshop the "heart" shows up a little different.

The one I see is in the same place but slightly tilted from where EF drew it. I like your photoshop enhancement idea, but I can't tell exactly where on the tape you enhanced.

EF is certainly not going to be allowed to get on the stand and say, "Here's where I thought I saw a heart. Can you guys see it? If ya squint and tilt your head to the left it's a little easier..." But if they enhance the photo of Q64 and a heart kind of "pops out," and then they take the carefully cut-out sticker backing that was sitting in the "Caylee" shoebox in Casey's closet (see attachment) and lo and behold it matches the shape and size of that "popped out" heart on the tape...now THAT could come in as evidence.

And believe me, if you guys don't get around to it in the next couple of hours, this is my next project!

Does anyone else see the nostril marks or is it just me and my dumb self? I tried to earmark them lol. With the + marks...the ones to the far left...at the top of the photo...It looks like nostrils to me. JMO.

The one I see is in the same place but slightly tilted from where EF drew it. I like your photoshop enhancement idea, but I can't tell exactly where on the tape you enhanced.

I cropped the left side of the tape picture you posted. The horizontal fuzzy line on the left is the end of the tape. Hope that explains it. You can see the bottom of the heart pretty well but it looks like the top of the heart imprint is wrinkled.

Heart sticker evidence would have been nice, but they still have the blanket, garbage bags and laundry hamper as well as the fairly rare duct tape which all seem to have very likely come from the A home. The worst thing about it is that it gives the defense something to blow smoke about for awhile.

The collected individuals noting that Casey's car smelled of Decomposing body," by her father an ex- LE officer and the fact no one else had been driving her car, it was left right where Casey left it etc. Getting ready to point out where to look for Caylee in the woods with Testimony from Tim of Equasearch, "until" Cindy made her stop and not point the area out on his map etc.
The lists goes on and on... She will never get out of Jail alive.

Good Grief...Here's what I am seeing.. Hope I am wrong!

OK..Split the duct tape in half , and only look at left hand side of the tape.. So what was said above.. squint your eyes and tilt your head to the left.. looking through squinted eyes.. I see eye sockets and a whole nose and mouth! sigh

It is not on duct tape perfectly up and down but tilted a bit..

The mouth area is like a big rectangle shape...
clearly see eye sockets and the nose, again only on left side of the tape..


Added this.. I have to be seeing this wrong because the duct tape wouldn't cover her entire face up.. That is erie though..
