BBM: Did you notice on page 17, line 27, "user names and passwords and old boyfriend letters from Sidney's Rm?" I don't know what to make of that room, but really? Old boyfriend letters?

Also, gotta love their organization skills. It never occurred to me that I could be stashing things away in my bathtub all this time. :shame:

I think most of it was probably in reference to a plastic tub, but on page 3, items BB4 & BB4a read, "Misc papers and CDR marked 'Caison' taken from bathtub (RV)."

The RV looked pretty small so it's probably a tiny tub. I didn't think anyone would use it as a storage spot, though! It seemed their huge McMansion that she bragged about should have had enough storage space that they didn't need to go to that tiny RV for extra space!

I guess that's why they ran out of space for storage. They were using their closets as bedrooms!

Whoa! I'm such an idiot. All this time, I didn't realize that "RV" meant their RV. I don't know what I thought it was...someone's initials or a legal code or something? Now I have to go back and read it all again. This changes everything! Duh. Also, :blushing:.

Maybe SM was handcuffed to a bed in his own room and the kids were sleeping in the room with TM. What a dysfunctional family, no telling what those kids witnessed!

Good catch. Who, indeed? My cyber-stalking isn't turning up a thing. Well, there IS a musician with that name, and we all know how much TM loves her musicians, but I doubt he was just chillin' at the compound when the law man came by.

ALSO... I don't know if anyone noticed this but the cell phone w/ the unknown serial number that was taken from 'Josh Michaels' lists the location of the evidence as the "roadway". WTH does that mean?

I see everyone talking about all of the notebooks and that guys phone but no one has mentioned page 11 item 48 no evidence photogragh only item 49 white iphone in a pink case no serial number given located in the master bathroom closet?? that was also sent out to that cell brite

If I am not mistaken didn't she have a pink phone case in the photo that was sent to her dad?

TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THAT!!! I can't tell if it's an iPhone but her phone def had a pink case on it ... awesome catch!!

I would assume from what I have seen from crime scene investigations on tv .... they take pictures of how something is placed and where it is located before moving it and placing it in evidence

Worth sleuthing? I dunno - but it def has a different feel to it.

Also - FYI - I find it interesting that the ONLY print publisher that the judge down south approved to allow a photographer in was for MHN. I thought it was strange that the judge limited the media there - and stranger now that I am connecting dots. It seemed very strange to me that the CF paper photographer was the only one allowed to shoot that day......

This is JMO but the tile floor in the photos of the warrants looks quite a bit like the tile floor in this pic TM posted to her Disboards of her cat. That and the fact that TM's family only gave interviews to MHN makes me think someone from the compound or even TM herself,took the pics and gave them to MHN.

Fantastic catch. I'm prone to agree with you. I wonder what type of kitchen counters they have? It would be wonderful to prove a huge gag order offense. That is considered one, right?
