It would be wonderful to prove a huge gag order offense. That is considered one, right?

*Quote snipped for brevity ----

I would definitely think so!

This is JMO but the tile floor in the photos of the warrants looks quite a bit like the tile floor in this pic TM posted to her Disboards of her cat. That and the fact that TM's family only gave interviews to MHN makes me think someone from the compound or even TM herself, took the pics and gave them to MHN.View attachment 72879

Fantastic catch. I'm prone to agree with you. I wonder what type of kitchen counters they have? It would be wonderful to prove a huge gag order offense. That is considered one, right?

From looking at the Dis Board posts I think the M's tile is on the diagonal and larger than the one in the pic with the search warrants. Does anyone have the photo from TM's post about Valentine's Day celebration 2014? Where she showed the whip, the strawberries & chocolates with the booze?? That may show their counter tops.

I did notice that blue item, and was wondering if it's a dog toy, and the rug or carpet in that room would be a clue to figuring out who's home this was taken from. Doesn't look like new carpet or rug.

In one set of papers, you can see something on the counter too, not sure if a purse or what.

All those phones, electronics, and the $10,600 in cash really pisses me off considering they were getting govt assistance!! I don't have that amount of cash, and don't get assistance! Plus were driving expensive vehicles, living in a nice home, the vacations *can't tell you the last vacation I had*, so much fraud!!! Were they saving that money for their next vacation? Perhaps another cruise? Sickening...all around just sickening!!!

I wish federal would file charges for fake tax reports as well. Any and all charges should be thrown at these folks! OUR taxes were helping to pay for their vacations! No doubt they were getting back money every year while we're paying money every year! Grrrrr!!!!!!!

I didn't see a handgun listed on the inventory either. Just two shotguns. But there was a photo of Sidney with a handgun. Where is that??

Try not to take it personally. They were committing federal offenses, medicaid fraud and possibly also tax fraud, which have stiff penalties. Their govt assistance was based on lies and fraud, and they got caught. Anyone can choose to make $$$ if they are willing to commit fraud to do so. Fortunately most people are honest. However, fraud is rampant in all govt systems, btw, including welfare, disability, social security survivor benefits, foodstamps, you name it.

Just be glad these people did get caught and because they are alleged to be involved in the disappearance and murder for a young woman, their entire lives are hanging in the balance just from that, as it should be. Even if for some reason they are acquitted of the murder/kidnapping charges, they still will face the fraud charges.

Good catch. Who, indeed? My cyber-stalking isn't turning up a thing. Well, there IS a musician with that name, and we all know how much TM loves her musicians, but I doubt he was just chillin' at the compound when the law man came by. ;)

Woman accused of leaving baby in dumpster is now out on bond
Posted: 04.11.2015 at 1:25 PM

HORRY COUNTY -- Horry County Police have now identified the suspect accused of throwing a newborn baby in a dumpster near Socastee Thursday afternoon.

Shelby Harper Taylor, 23, of Myrtle Beach has been released from the hospital, then was booked at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

On Saturday, she was charged with one count of attempted murder and bond was set at $10,000.

She posted bond and left the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Saturday around 6 p.m.

Taylor cried when her attorney Gregory McCollum talked about the little girl in front of a judge Saturday.

Aw, so he's a dirtbag attorney. Makes sense.

I think most of it was probably in reference to a plastic tub, but on page 3, items BB4 & BB4a read, "Misc papers and CDR marked 'Caison' taken from bathtub (RV)."

Maybe there wAs wood cabinetry surrounding a built in tub (common if it is jetted - usually the doors on it will open to provide plumbing access and extra storage).

If those hand guns weren`t confiscated....why? Especially since T was overjoyed to display it in her photo. How many other people do that? Really? I always thought that she was taunting TE or anyone else with a pic of her and the gun that was probably used to kill H. It would be like her to do that. I also believe that the white tank top was kept as a trophy and probably her jewelry as well. JMO

Could the solicitor request/require (or the police for that matter) that the M's either turn over the handguns in those photos - or explain where those guns are - or what happened to the handguns?

  • #240
They shouldn`t even be allowed to own a hand gun with the charge of murder, those guns should be in police possession. They are out on bond with hand guns? And possibly the guns that could have done the killing. Somehow, that just doesn`t seem right. Someone in authority should know where those guns are and have them in their possession. If they aren`t in police security, that is one huge mistake.
