News reports listed that LE took notebooks from the A home. I wonder if Cindy's big binder was taken as evidence? hrrrmmmmm

I also saw on one of the specials today they took all the shovels and yard tools, pavers, bedding, wash cloths, towels, dirt from the yard, sand from the sandbox, sprayers, pesticides, pool parts, pool chemicals, vacuums, carpet cleaning machine, coolers, and a number of plastic storage containers. There were some other things too, but I could not write as fast as they were talking. LOL

I do try to think like Casey. I do homicide research and my primary interest is in female psychopathy. No one is ever capable of truly understanding what another is thinking -- we all have opinions and I respect yours. I just don't agree with it. If Casey became a mother when she was 12, then maybe I could see her undressing Caylee as a sentimental homage to the way Caylee liked to leave her dolls.
I believe that Casey is a psychopath and I have yet to see anything that even hints at her ability to empathize or experience non-egocentric emotions.

I think the psychological community, the legal system and society all have a strong tendency to underestimate the gender-neutral capacity for psychopathy and criminality. I think this case is very illustrative of such bias-- Casey must have been abused or the victim of incest; or maybe she is mentally ill; or maybe she's afraid of someone; or maybe she's protecting her family; or maybe she was trying to help Caylee or at least sentimentally memorialize her. I don't think so-- and, to quote Cindy, "it is what it is."

Are you serious? Thankfully I can not begin to think like Casey, but she didn't even think enough of Caylee to toss or duct tape "mama" in the bag with her before she tossed her in the woods like trash. :furious:

We have been involved in a number of cases in the last few years in our area and all have been convicted with a lot less than I have already read in this case. It is not as difficult as people think to prove without reasonable doubt.

Baez had a deal worked out but they didn't finish it and then BOOM they found the body so the deal is off the table. They had been working hard to make a plea bargain with LE and now karmic justice has just taken over.

It is over for KC and after the trial, I expect the Anthonys to join her in jail.

Awww Take Note, don't feel badly. Of course KC gave no thought at all to her sweet baby when she tossed her away like a rag doll, no worse, like a piece of trash. Anyone with a conscience would bristle at the thought of KC possibly acting in a loving way, as you stated.

She doesn't think like a regular person. She does not feel the things that you and I feel- she would not be running on emotions (she has none except when it comes to her own fate)..Which is where a situation like "loving mom took Caylee's clothes off because she knew her murdered daughter would want to be naked because she loved her dolls that way." would come from, her emotions- last ditch effort to show love toward the child she murdered.

You are thinking like a normal person, what a normal mother might do for her child after killing her. She does not think like us, feel like us, love like us or feel guilt like us.

Personally, I think we all agree that there was never any Zani or Nanny. What the CP need to do is to PROVE this. CA was on LKL tonight ranting about how LE has only checked out this ONE Zenaida.....with the wrong plates. We need to prove that the remainder of those ZFG's weren't the nanny. More than that, and more solid, would be KC's prints off of the duct tape.

Like anyone believes what Cindy says. I have no doubt LE checked into the entire Zanny situation as it has been clear from the start that "Zanny the nanny" will be part of the defense.

YOUNG MOTHER?? I had two children by that age and was in graduate school...............

If she had "thought" like a normal mother she would have had finished high school and already been out of college by that age to make a good life for her daughter. Instead she was a graveling leech who did nothing her entire life but steal, lie, and prostitute herself for someone to like her.

She used people like she used her daughter for money and attention. When the attention was off of her and on Caylee, she made a plan to get rid of her. The group she ran with didn't want Caylee around, so she didn't either.

She planned to get out of town after Tony pretty much told her he was moving without her and she killed Caylee to drink and drug with her "homies"

I thought at first she was a sociopath, but I have decided she is really a full fledged psychopath. I honestly believe she had planned to kill CA & GA both, and if LE had not caught her under that bridge, she would have been gone. CA is an idiot and worse than KC except she hasn't killed yet.

While not a mother, I am Casey's age and I can not for a second rationalize that her relative youth, inexperience, or what have you, has anything to do with the way in which she disposed of her child. Casey is not an imbecile or an innocent, she is a cold and unfeeling individual. I have laid a stray cat hit by a car outside of my home with more dignity than was afforded this child.

Like anyone believes what Cindy says. I have no doubt LE checked into the entire Zanny situation as it has been clear from the start that "Zanny the nanny" will be part of the defense.

I don't think they will use it now. I believe they will start calling in all kinds of expert psychiatrists to classify her as insane. That is their only chance at this point and they actually can use the sickening evidence to prove much of it. I believe she will blame GA for molesting her when she was young and LA for molesting her as a teen and say that is what "put her over the edge." They will portray a poor little girl who was a victim. They will say she has two distinct personalities and zanny was the evil one who killed Caylee.

If that does not work, they will throw the suspicion on George and Cindy, as she can say they were the last ones to see Caylee and when she left the house angry she never saw Caylee again. No one can prove any different because no one saw her after the 15th.

I believe the zanny kidnapper defense is gone.

Yes, the blue one was a pretty large cooler and the white one not much smaller. Either of them could have been used to put Caylee in and covered in ice. I have a feeling that is what they will find happened.

Offense taken. From the point of a 21 year old mother, (at one point a 17 year old mother) I can never see leaving my dead daughter naked because it was what she wanted. casey was an adult, not a five year old.
I understand that she does not think like a human being, but lets stop blaming her monstrous actions on her age. I am young, 23 and soon to be a mother of 4, and IMO the more that we allow casey to use her age as a shield, the more people will look suspiciously at young mothers. Which is a hard enough position to be in to begin with.
No part of casey's actions were based on her age, they were all based on the fact that she is a cruel, cold hearted, murderous, irresponsible ADULT monster.

She could very well have kept that baby on ice in a cooler, and it would not have taken a large one either. A baby that small, if stuffed right away before rigor set in would fit inside one of the smallish ones easily. THAT could perhaps have slowed down decomposition a substantial amount, don't you think? If kept on ice?
