Evidence revealed during the course of the Wrongful Death action

Am I remembering another case, or was there some mention of Coke or Dr. Pepper in this case?

The twins were noted to having drank Dr. Pepper. There were also 2 red SOLO plastic cups in the room IIRC.
Care to share new scenario?

someone on lhk mentioned 'diet' dr pepper; that information hadn't been released publicly. even someone on lhk questioned the poster about THAT...

Occam's Razor once again comes to my mind...

JMO but when I apply Occam's Razor to this case, it leads me back to Rebecca sadly committing suicide

I'm the opposite. The process of trying to commit suicide in this scenario is far too complicated. Nearly all aspects of RZ's death are extremely rare and there's far too much of the evidence that has to be ignored or explained away. Far more likely that it was murder disguised as suicide, a not uncommon method to cover up a terrible crime.

I think some folks want to write it off as a suicide because it's difficult to accept that LE played a role in messing with evidence and helping others sell their explanation to the public. It happens. Sometimes members of LE make bad choices and do the wrong thing.

Yes, it was DIET Dr. Pepper IIRC.

I was reading over Rebecca's autopsy and I saw that she had a fracture of the hyoid bone. I did a little research into the likelihood that this fracture would be caused by manual strangulation in comparison with a hanging. It seems that this fracture occurs far more often in manual strangulations.
Here is her autopsy

Here is an article of a study that compares the hyoid fracture in regard to strangulation/hanging.

Is this case still going forward?

Or has it been killed by Dina and Jonah?

I've been searching and I'm not finding anything, but that doesn't necessarily mean there isn't anything.

Thanks Betty!

I wonder what the proposed orders of Adam dated 7/26 were?

Has anyone seen Dina, Nina, Jonah, his new daughter and the mother, or Adam in CA or AZ or TN lately? What about the Zahau family?

And I definitely respect that view. Clearly many people feel this way for many of the reasons you listed and more. You are absolutely correct about murderers trying to disguise their evil crime as suicide.

Thanks for the info, Gilgamesh.

A Motion for Summary Judgment was filed by Adam on 11/06/2017. Did Greer file a response?

Did the Judge rule in favor of Zahaus? Or is there still a hearing on the summary judgment motion on 2/2/2018?
