I don't think it relates to the air tests, just the chloroform on the carpet sample.

Oh OK, so do we still have air samples and plant growth then?

CHLOROFORM IS IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:great:
:rocker:

Justice is on the way Caylee!
I'll bet LWOP is looking real good to the DT about right now! :great:

That was separate? So there's the fatty acid stain on the carpet and chloroform?

But the chloroform was found with the air tests, wasn't it?

WOW!

Justice is coming, sweet Caylee.

YES, ACCORDING TO WFTV:

"The air tests done on Casey's trunk have never been used in criminal court anywhere. The research scientist, considered a pioneer in decomposition odor analysis, ran tests on air and carpeting in Casey Anthony's car trunk. He found evidence of human decomposition and a massive amount of potentially deadly chloroform, more than could be caused by decomposition alone."

I think it's all in.

Whoa. You guys! You have to read the ruling!

Now it doesn't mention decomp or the air tests relating to it, but it DOES mention the air tests in relation to the chloroform - holy crap! Is this what we are going to see in allowing the decomp air tests? I got chills down my body reading this! (And I love subtle smackdown of the defenses expert too, LOL).

I am so trying to not get too excited, but WHOA!

So the "air samples" are in... and we are just waiting on the plant growth (which I KNOW is coming in)? So that means everything is IN?

Stick a fork in ICA! She's done, finished, kaput.

After the SA tells the jurors that George & Cindy were both at work during the "How to make chloroform" searches and Vass explains how high the levels of chloroform were in the trunk, there will be absolutely no doubt in the jurors' minds that Casey is a cold calculated killer. The chloroform evidence is no junk science - mass spectrometry is an accepted and reliable science. WooHoo for Caylee!

I'm in shock right now. The good kind of shock that makes you want to scream out and hug a stranger.

  • #699
Okay, maybe I'm confused - were the air tests and chloroform all in the same motion? I guess if he lets them for the sake of the chloroform, he'd have to let them in for the sake of decomp, right? I just want to make sure the decomp air tests weren't a separate issue from the chloroform air tests, does that make sense?

What we really have is ALL mention of the word chloroform!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
