Someone mentioned it earlier but this man was hit by debris from the bomb that exploded. When you see the video of him going down on the road, watch to his right. Just before he goes down you'll see that piece he talks of flying out from the explosion site. It hits him just before he goes down on the road.

Speculation Alert: The piece maybe a part of the bomb that exploded. It's white and maybe a piece of PVC pipe.

One thing I can say about the Feds and how silently fast they work. The night of 9/11 - I live very close to FLL - it was erie not hearing the planes. Late that night (2-ish or so) I heard 2 planes come in. People I told about it - thought I was crazy.

Turned out one was a red cross plane that actually left - carrying blood. The second was the Feds coming in - tracking Attah and his buddy - they lived in Hollywood and did their flight training down here.

And that was the first night. They move quick, and I can bet they are all over this. Hopefully they'll get him/them fairly quickly - if they don't already have that one.

While I think it's very wise that this photo was forwarded to the authorities, I bet this guy was outside having a cigarette or something. It looks like a place for a work break with the tables.

Now that it has gone viral, I hope he steps forward to say he's innocent, IF that's the case!! It's possible that he was involved.

wrt the link, there are usually bomb sniffer dogs around during marathons.

The area of this marathon was checked before the race started. The authorities say this is the reason they're sure the bombs were placed after the race started. Big marathons are always patrolled before and during.

Fox reporter just said 17,000 had already finished the race when the bombs went off. So as always, they said, he said, she said, but all different reports.

Unbearable pain in so many faces, panic and confusion in others, and fortunately so many first responders and those who were there to watch the marathon lending their assistance.

He said in an interview that the pieces around him reminded him of a coffee can.

Like how the media blurred out the jumpers from the towers.

A few weeks ago I was watching 'caught on camera' and there was a video of a fire in 1993? where a man was trapped up on a high floor that was on fire. The firefighters then said a person would rather jump than burn to death. It's a logical choice made by people that are in that situation!

Also, a Saudi national with a leg wound was under guard at a Boston hospital in connection with the bombings, but investigators cannot say he is involved at this time and he is not in custody, a law enforcement official said Monday evening.

The OK Federal bldg bombing happened in April. Is there a connection?

That bombing was on 19 April 1995.

But I see people saying that today is Patriot's day. I haven't looked that up to see what it is yet though.
