Explosion Boston Marathon #1

Just talked with some family there. They said it is very scary there right now. Fortunately she had already completed the race and her and my niece etc were in a nearby Starbucks. They want people out. Seems to be real concerns something else could happen. My niece lost her uncle on 9/11 so she is really scared. We're going to Cape Cod with her later this week. I hate what these poor kids today have to deal with....

I was just reading a book that was discussing 9/11 and I was remember where I was and the shock. I feel so sick over 9/11 and this has to bring up wounds for so many people. My hearts go out to the people of Boston

Sadly, it'll be inaccurate for a while, At least until the literal and figurative dust settles.

NBC & CBS - 2 dead, 23 injured
Fox - 3 dead, 28 injured.

That's quite different from NY Post.

I just heard that they found 2 more bombs, so that was the other explosions reported a few minutes ago. Wow, someone was out to get these poor people.

I was watching fox news and they showed a man in a wheelchair and it looked like both his legs were gone. they cut away with the camera real quick but i think thats what i saw.

Yes, that is what you saw. Oh my God. I hope the guy survives...HORRIFIC.
