NECN, NBC and CBS reporting no arrest made in Boston bomb blast.

CNN: There may or may not have been an arrest in connection with Boston Marathon blasts.

WCVB reporter Jack Harper: Homeland Security source, when asked about possible suspect, said it "is a very good day for us."

Feds may be using extreme caution to be able to take him alive!

CNN reporting that no arrest has been made, and no suspect has been identified by name.

Lots of talk about the man who was running away from the blast with the shredded pants being the possible suspect, also from CNN.

All I know is that at least some vid has identified someone suspicious...brown skinned, white skinned...doesn't matter to me. Whomever did this is evil, regardless of skin color...evil, evil, evil.

It will be interesting to see what transpires this afternoon.

Per Fran Townsend/CNN, she's saying that there is no arrest yet. Some sort of "misunderstanding" and "lots of cross communications".

Three Federal sources telling Fox no arrest has been made. Two Federal sources saying there has been an arrest.

Okay, either the suspect is arrested or not. Maybe some CYA stuff going on. No way that anyone wants it leaked where they may be holding a suspect. Too many other whackos want revenge on a whacko.

I'm *thinking* there has been an arrest, we'll be told when they darned good and ready. Keep in mind, this *suspect* may have nothing to do with anything. Could just be some guy that dropped a bag as he was tired of holding it. Not likely, but possible.

I am relatively new here.

Can someone tell me what "downstairs" means? I have seen this referenced throughout the whole bombing thing.

Is it the Scanner thread, which is in the Parking Lot? That's what I have been thinking this whole time, but if I am wrong I want to be made whole by being corrected! LOL!!
