Yesterday, I viewed a series of pics and one was of the two ladies getting their pulses taken (although it was NOT the same pic linked above, it WAS the same 2 ladies from a different angle). In the pic I viewed (which I cannot seem to track down again today) I am sure that the lady in the blue DID still have a lower body AND 2 legs, although the legs were twisted, bleeding and clearly injured. Today, when I learned the identity of the 29 year old victim, and saw her pic, I was SURE that pic I viewed yesterday was her. I see that others here agree. I hadn't noticed the child in the pic previously.....although the guy in the right hand side is also photographed later, in a wheelchair with BOTH lower legs missing

This is such a tragic, senseless event.

My apologies that am not current with updates. Attempting to catch-up. Do they think the Lens Crafters store may have been a place that the bombs were placed or was it so close to where the bombs went off? Too early to tell?

I do not have a link, and I am not sure if I read it here or another website, but his friend is updating his Facebook page. He said that he was stable after surgery.

Authorities said the letters, filled with anthrax powder, may have been a warped plot for Ivins to test his vaccine on victims."
They had a suspect in an antrax case that committed suicide.

I thought that scientist was cleared a while after his suicide? That the accusations and suspicion drove him too it? Regardless I know I read an article saying folks thought he was innocent.

Wondering if the perp had any staining of hands or face from black powder and if the perp/s could have posed as photographers or cameramen lugging equipment and moving freely through a crowd?

"The bombs used to kill and maim are believed to have contained black powder or gunpowder as the explosive, and information on how to make such a bomb is available on the internet, experts said. The devices were then left at the scene to look like discarded property, CBS News reported.
