wcvb reports the boston police the mass state police and the fbi say there has been no one arrested.

Ugh, probably some jerk getting their kicks by calling in fake bomb threats. Some people suck - I hope they find out who did it. Terrorists do not call in bomb threats - actually I don't believe anyone has ever called in a bomb threat that actually detonated a bomb right?

Euskadi Ta Askatasuna or Basque Fatherland and Freedom (ETA) make warnings before any bombing.

Buildings were evacuated and streets closed downtown after a stolen U-Haul was noticed parked across the street from Oklahoma City Hall.

Bomb techs open back of stolen U-Haul outside Oklahoma City Hall, truck parked outside overnight

Anyone see the video of van rushing into the courthouse with armed guy hanging off the side, official plate, tinted windows? I will be SHOCKED if there isn't a suspect in that van. CNN: "When they bring a suspect in under armed guard, this is the entrance they use.."

they have live video, their eye in the sky is right there.

I think it is and I think that is why they evacuated the building.

To those of you with either educated or experienced based information tell me...

If a suspect is in custody and brought into Federal Court, are they already under arrest?

Or are they still considered just in custody until after being seen in court??
