Can't find the forum for this discussion so just wanted to respond after viewing the program on 48 CBS.

I know the prosecution has to build a case against her. I also believe the parents of the victim would never know what the two did between their sexual encounters and exactly what transpired between them sexually. I don't believe she's a hundred percent guilty. I think it's very possible for him to carve writing into her arm being right handed. I also believe it's very possible for him to have torn her clothes sitting on top of her. Him being in the back seat makes totally sense he died there seeing that she already stated she was defending herself while in the back seat. The prosecution also ignored she DID have wounds from grabbing the knife. Doesn't matter how deep they are she grabbed the knife. And in the end she was already doomed so her last and only option was to apologize to the family in hopes of lighter sentence. The DA's office only cares for convictions and therefore made everything look like she was absolutely guilty. You have to hold someone accountable regardless if their innocent or not. People think the law works for the good of most but usually that isn't the case. The have to make someone pay. And they did. Lastly, her not being completely in shambles while in the courtroom. Wouldn't matter. If she was she'd still be considered guilty. Showing any kind of emotions only paints a guilty picture.
