Fake RSO flier distributed in Oregon

Washington County deputies are trying to find out who is responsible for distributing fake sex offender fliers to people in a Portland neighborhood.

Why? I mean seriously, why would someone put up 'fake' ones? If things like this happen on a regular basis, parents won't be able to know which are fake and which are real. Sad.

I hope they find out who is doing this immediately.
