OMG what a sad story. Life will never be the same for this poor couple.

By the way Central Park is on my corner and I had not heard this story till I came on WS.
I also did not turn the TV on sure it was all over the TV.

Awful! It says another man was killed in Feb. and yet another injured last year by tree branches at the park. Is there some sort of maintenance crew at the park? Maybe the trees need to be trimmed on a reg. basis? I'm just tossing out ideas but it seems like something could be done to prevent this.
