Farrika has scars on his head, back, and right thigh, and he has a mark on his right arm.
Farrika was last seen visiting his grandmother at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina on February 14, 1995. He left and returned to Lancaster between 3:00-4:00 pm. He then asked his aunt for a ride somewhere, but she said no, so he said he would walk there. He was never heard from again.
