Owners of Used Car dealership let him stay inside the building overnight to be out of the cold, they did not get any info from him. The morning on 2/6, they returned to the location and found him unresponsive sitting in a chair next to heater.
Found February 6.
PMI: None Prob died either hours or over the night.
Height: 5'7 - 5'10
Weight: 149
Hair: Gray or Partially Gray
Eyes: Brown
Any other: Tattoos (also at Link not sure if this man haves a doe Network page.)

WAO is prob LAO? Since the two Lines doesn’t match up one is shorter then the other?

I thought it could've been that too, but the second line being vertical led me to believe it was a W.

Yea but as I see it the first Tattoo seems to have a type of writing on the bottom not sure if that’s another one of a picture but the second line doesn’t match YK with the 2nd it’s like L but you go up making it think it’s a U
