I'm calling BS on the whole "FBI really wishes they could get involved blah blah blah"
SG crossed state boundaries. They can get involved if they want to.

My point is that there have been conflicting reports in MSM, so we REALLY don't know if they are or are not involved.

I watched a video the other night. The last topic was about the FBI not helping. They offered and it was turned down. I can't link (I do not know how from here) but name is "Bodies on the Beach: Search for a Serial Killer". It is on You Tube.

The FBI can jump right in. Tney would rather get the green light from SCPD before doing so.

No the truth is they can get involved with or without scpd permission. She crossed state boundaries not to mention used bridges and tunnels to do so. The truth is you are believing a spokes person and don't know what the real rules.

Regulating interstate commerce and crime was one of the original functions of Feds.case closed. I'm right, you're wrong.

You're right, and let's not forget that the Feds can also involve themselves any time they suspect negligence or corruption in a state-level investigation. Indeed, they're pretty much obligated to "police the police".
 
IDK maybe I'm just naïve. But I have always assumed the FIB did jump in and found the same finding as SCPD did. What more do they need to be involved with at this point?

They helped in the search when helicopters were needed. They helped come up with a profile. Spota disagrees with them . They did not help with the investigation. They can if they chose to. I guess they are not interested.

Honestly guys, do you think they would announce publicly who or what they were investigating? That is not how it works. Well, not always.

Who Knows, Only The Shadow Knows. Kind of odd if you consider she has been on the case for more than 5 months and suddenly a light bulb goes off in her head that she has a 'conflict.'

I haven't been following it. Catch a glimpse here and there. The idea it is televised makes it likely he will get a fair trial.

But there is no way to look inside a juror's brain. If they have a pre-disposition to convict the evidence won't matter.
 
You guys should start a separate thread on Burke (if it pertains to this case) before we get yelled at by mods. I'm just as guilty as going off topic as everyone else though.

I see that a lot of you don't have avatars....
