ATLANTA (CBS46) -
A Michigan man was arrested after an FBI investigation, accused of threatening to travel to Atlanta to commit mass murder at CNN headquarters.

According to federal court documents obtained by CBS46 Monday, 19-year-old Brandon Griesemer made 22 calls to CNN earlier this month.

It began with claims of "fake news" and ended with threats of violence.

Griesemer told a CNN operator, among other things, "Fake news. I'm coming to gun you all down."

He was charged Friday in US District Court with transmitting interstate communications with the intent to extort and threat to injure. He was released Friday on $10,000 bond.

Brandon Griesemer made 22 calls to CNN on January 9 and January 10 and four calls, which were recorded, contained threats, according to the affidavit, which was unsealed Friday.
Griesemer, whose age was not given, also made disparaging statements about Jewish people, African-Americans and the network in several calls, the affidavit said.

Wow - in my books this guy is a terrorist. He twice made threats to shoot a large group of people in a place where they worship/work/gather and he's walking around free?

I would be most interested in what guns this guy has access to - in his parents home, other family homes, friends, neighbors etc. I know it's likely somewhere in the bond paperwork that he not pickup a gun but what reality goes with that?
