Oh how odd. This is similar to the one I have, I dug it out of my jewellery box. Photos for different angles. I don't think they are really a thing over in America, they are not even really a thing here in The UK.

There's another person speaking in the audio that says "face-full of piss" possibly saying "She just got a face-full of piss" Sounds like another woman speaking. Moo. Almost picking up a southern accent, maybe...

In my opinion, my ears hear a third person in the background saying “that’s funny”, **Edit to add** “that’s funny” is heard AFTER the statement “her face full of piss” said by a male with an accent.

There's a TV on in the background, "according to this" is what's being said, sounds like a news program.

Just re-listened to it again, I'm hearing 'this is perfect for this' - which could be anything. It could be on tv, like a shopping channel or could be from so many different tv shows because the phrase is so vague. It could also be a person speaking in the background

I am so bad at these, but I definitely and clearly hear “this is perfect for this” with a strong emphasis on the second “this.” It sounds more like a television to me. I can’t make out what the “this is perfect for this” speaker says at the very end of the clip though. The “stand up” voice seems Southern.

Looks like pieces from a dog crate in the broom photo. The dark table in the broom photo looks like the cheapest table from Ikea called the Lack. Without seeing the rest of the gray object next to the dark table, it could be a (repurposed?) changing table, sideboard, or bedside table. The mix of those two pieces suggests roommates or an apartment - the kind of furnishing that happens when departing tenants hand down furniture or 2+ individuals combine their possessions.

Could this be a pet grooming shop?

I was wondering the same, and sorry am so late to this thread. The folded up metal cages stacked against the wall on the earlier posted images appear similar to what some cat or small dog breeders, or a cattery might use. Some of those type cages are also sold for use as chicken coops, and the cost can differ on them.
It wasn’t clear whether one of the larger plastic ‘boxes’ or containers was a small pet or animal carrier? For traveling with the pet or animal contained. Or a pet litter box? So the idea of a possible pet related individual, grooming shop, or pet breeder seems possible? MOO

Why would FBI not release a full frame photo or even a short video clip (with the child’s face blurred)? It seems you’d have a lot more luck identifying the woman if viewers could she what she looked like from behind. Also, would the “other person” (whose voice we hear in the background) show up in the video?

I suspect the woman saying “Stand up” is in her twenties. From the appearance of her arm and finger, my guess is she is short and overweight. From the looks of the ring, she is not well off financially.

I think she is irritated and upset with someone other than the child, and may have recently had an argument with that person. She is unhappy and has been crying, and I had to guess, she resents having to care for the child, which, from her tone, I suspect is not hers. The child could be a step child.

Just speculation here, but I don't think the video ever shows the woman in full. I think she's filming the child using her phone and we only see her left hand because she's reaching out towards the child. I believe the second voice is actually audio from a tv.

it might be graphic since they seem to think the child is victim of CSA or exploitation, its a bit further than abused step child if so.

There might not be any additional shots of the woman except for her arm. Also, the rest of the video could be graphic. Having seen other ECAP cases, I'm just glad the FBI keep the details to themselves. My heart breaks for all the exploited children

If they had a pic of her face they'd release it as they have done in all other investigations where the face was visible. This is 100% all they have managed to salvage, plus it's a CSE video so there was likely nothing much in the video that would even be legal to show.

This means that a decent shot of her face or profile is unavailable. Maybe if her face was shown it was so fast and so blurred that not even ECAP's super special government technology could clean it up.

Someone could possibly recognize the voice on TV as being from a specific commercial or a local TV show, which could help the FBI narrow down where the video was shot, if they didn't know that information yet.
