Fidelmar was abducted by from Riverside, California on November 28, 2006 by his non-custodial father, Liborio Cadenas. He took him during a supervised visitation at the Mountain Shadows Special Kids Home; Fidelmar had been removed from his parents due to felony abuse and neglect. They may have travelled to Michoacan, Mexico; Fidelmar's mother, who is married to his father, lives there currently. They may be traveling in a red Ford F150 extra-cab truck with flame decals near the tailgate. Liborio may be armed with a pistol.
