On the site it mentiones money is being raised to bring Vadim home to his country to be laid to rest and for his family to say goodbye. That is such a nice gesture to be done. I hope they get enough funds for this!

Also mentioned is that he passed away (confirmed by police at 11:42 p.m., September 2, 2025). I thought he was thought to have been attacked around 8:30/9pm when many went to the burn... if so, that's an awful long time to be there with no one noticing to help?? MOO JMO

Definitely a creepy feeling if the murderer gets away with this. I worry about copy cats starting this up to be a thing.

I'm concerned that the Burn is such a soft target for terrorists or nut cases. Defense seems impossible. Just look what drones are doing in Ukraine. The possibilities are horrifying.
