First-graders Discover Dead Body On Playground

The body of a 19-year-old man was found hanging in an elementary school playground. It was discovered as children at Lake Joy Primary School were being led to recess on Monday. Beth McLaughlin ( Houston County schools spokesperson) tells the Macon Telegraph it's unclear how many children saw it. Students were not allowed back out until emergency responders investigated and removed the body from campus. Identity has not been released. Autopsy scheduled for tomorrow.

When working as an art teacher in the 80's, I would be teaching in local parks. This was in Crips and Bloods areas. I always went to work extra early just in case I had to call 911 to report a dead body in the park.
These poor children.
And the poor soul that took their own life.
Bless them all.

Why would a 19 year old man choose an elementary school to commit suicide. I wonder if he went to that elementary school.

They've identified the poor soul.

Warner Robins police have released the name of a teenager who allegedly committed suicide outside a school Monday.

They say he is Kyle Dennis Ruffin, age 19, of Warner Robins
